I'm always greeted with a smile by staff and Doc. They schedule well, as I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby and less than 2 minutes to see Dr. Ball. I highly recommend Dr. Ball. He always makes me feel cared for and listened to.

Finding an available osteopath on St. Paul's east side is not easy. Was delighted to become a patient of Dr. Jack Ball. He diagnosed post-surgical adhesions and is helping to undo the spider web of tissues nesting in my abdomen. Other clinic staff are very friendly.

I saw doctor Jack Ball for a routine physical, as I am looking for a primary care physician. During the physical Dr. Ball and the assistant did almost nothing. Dr. Ball actually referred me to a specialist because of an apparent issue. I have now seen the specialist, who assured me there is nothing wrong after a simple, routine exam. While I was at the specialist I found out that Dr. Ball should have done a breast exam and given me a tetanus shot. Dr. Ball and the assistant didn't ask me any questions and they did not provide the medical care that they should have. Dr. Ball was not caring or compassionate at all. I was nervous to go to the doctor and Dr. Ball made it worse by acting cold and disinterested. Dr. Ball also acted like they needed to have an assistant to do a pap smear, which is not true in my experience. Other doctors don't do that. I will not be returning, the maple grove clinic is much better. I will drive all the way across town to go there instead. If you're looking for a doctor, don't go here. I wasn't going go leave a review but I felt bad knowing that someone else might have to go through this experience because they were unaware.

I speak as a lawyer when I say that each and every doctor who told/is telling their patients that these injections were/are "safe and effective" has failed the fundamental law on informed consent. This has nothing to do with censorship - everything to do with risk assessing.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Ball for my primary care provider. Dr. Ball listens to my concerns and takes them seriously, and he never suggests unnecessary treatment which I really appreciate as a college student with limited funds for healthcare visits. He is quick to answer on the allina message system with any concerns I have regarding my medication. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

Rude customer service at the front desk and can't be worked into lab on walk in basis unless you make an appointment. Seems like not all clinics understand this. So frustrating when I'm fasting and just need to get my blood drawn!

I normally don’t write negative reviews in respect for people’s hard work despite of bad results. However, this clinic and the doctor have been disappointing me to a point I can’t stand…First they have never taken down my insurance information properly into the system after being asked in person and on phone for three times! This led to quite a bit of drama of billing.Second, Dr. Jack Ball made a mistake of my prescription 3 times after I told him it is the wrong one! Obviously, he does not know the fundamentals of how birth control pills are named. He could have googled it and calcify things up. It’s been such an exhausting experience!I hope people can be more responsible because you are doctors. Our health is in your hand and we should be able to trust you.

Christen Bell has already messed up my prescriptions twice in 6 weeks. I don't know why anyone would ever want to have her diagnose or treat them. This is the most unprofessional Doctor I've found and I just wanted to quit smoking. I would recommend if you are a patient of hers you should find another physician.

This is the first time taking my daughter to the Oakdale location, and the staff was amazing! It was very clean. I took my daughter in to see Jack Ball, who I would highly recommend. Very patient, and friendly. I like this facility much more than the Maplewood location.

I absolutely love Katie Szymanski and her nurse Janelle! They are amazing, kind, patient and full understanding that cookie cutter care plans won't work for everyone and some need individualized treatment!!

First time going to this clinic to receive my COVID-19 vaccine. I usually go to the clinic in Hastings but they were short supply and was thankful that Oakdale had multiple appts available. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My nurse who administered the vaccine was very nice and explained the side effects very well. Overall a great experience!

I brought my 87 year old mother-in-law to this location for her Covid-19 shot. Everyone was so kind and patient, especially Sharon who administered the shot. My mother-in-law has dementia and uses a Walker, and I was nervous about how the whole experience would go. Everything went well. I will have no qualms when we go back in three weeks for the second dose.

I had an appointment at a clinic a few years ago. The reason for my appointment was that I had a form provided by my health insurance that I needed filled out so that they would give me a bonus through my husband's company. I told the person this when making my appointment. I didn't know that I needed to give coding terminology. I thought that was their job and I thought I was clear that I just needed my form filled out. While I was there I passively asked the doctor about my tailbone which I had just bruised or broken (it was black and not pretty). He told me there wasn't anything he could do. I already knew that and that's why I didn't make an appointment for that. A few weeks later I got a bill for around $500. I called and the lady on the phone was so rude and she made me cry. I understand she probably gets yelled at all day, but I wasn't yelling. I was just asking why and wondering if it could be reevaluated. After I broke down she did send it back and they re-coded it. I think she felt bad for making a 22 year old who had just graduated from college with a ton of debt and has never had to do any of this cry. My bill still came out to be $178 for something that I should have only had to pay a copay or less for. I finally gave in and gave them the money. I don't want my credit to suffer, but I feel like I was extorted. This is why I don't trust the healthcare system. I haven't been to a doctor since this.

Katy, the nurse practitioner is absolutely wonderful. Spends plenty of time with you and extremely caring. The rest of the staff are great as well.
