She helped me pick out the carpet, which looks fantastic in our space. She was responsive to all issues related to measuring and went above and beyond to correct some issues with measuring . Our install person Tom was also great and worked really hard to address some issues that had been missed in the measurement process- He worked extra hard to meet I need to have the space done before the holidays, even though it meant over extending.
