This is a very unique place. It looks more like a farm implement dealer. I shop for bird seeds with many varieties, camping equipment, candy, nuts, toys, ammo, clothes and starting to look for new deer rifle. Many paints, electrical and plumbing supplies. Just explore; it's fun.

My husband had a battery under warranty that we need to exchange. We went to the automotive desk, and no one was there. We hit the call button and waited...for 15 minutes. We asked an employee to assist us and we were told they can't and do know what to do. I asked them to grab their manager and hopefully he would know. He did not. He came over and was irritated and perplexed as to where the auto guy was. I could hear him paging him and there was no answer. There was literally no other employee in the store that knew how to do the battery test and issue the exchange. We spoke with several managers of other departments. Finally, someone was able to help, and we roamed the store while they checked our battery. When we returned, the auto guy was back, feigning that he was in the bathroom for over a 1/2 hour. They got the paperwork and told us to go to the front and ask for a specific person in customer service. When we arrived, she didn't know what we were talking about, and they had completed the paperwork wrong and she had to redo it. I have never experienced such a disconnect team. How does a manager not know the basics of all departments? How is it a Sunday and they have one person that can meet the needs of their customer. I would highly recommend that they learn not to say things like "it's not my job" "I don't know" and "I guess I'll have to do it". Cross training and customer service standards are needed. Total transaction time: 1 hour 15 minutes.

Great overall service! They’re a Tire & Light Service shop so can be helpful and useful to an extent. THE BEST prices for tires and constantly have Cooper tires on sale (I love cooper). Their team is super friendly every time I am there and always make me feel like they want to help me to the best of their ability.

Charged more than quoted for tire install, and took almost twice as long as the the time given at estimate, for install. Zero was done to compensate for lack of customer care. NEVER utilize the their services.

I got a Christmas gift for a friend and pulled the clearance sticker off so she wouldn't see the price... only to my surprise, their "clearance" is marked up from the original price! This has happened to my mom and my sister in law multiple times and now me! Fleet farm WTF. Someone needs to tell their owner or the CEO. Can't even trust a damn company! This is ridiculous. It may have only been $5 in my case, but much more in my mom and sister in laws case! Still isn't right! Will honestly choose menards and tractor supply over fleet farm from now on! Watch your prices!!!! And the worst part.... They REFUSE to honor it and fought with me about it. Such rude service, honestly the worst company by far!

Had an appointment Monday Nov 14, 2022 at the service center to buy 4 tires and have them mounted and aligned. I arrived, it was busy, and the service gal at the desk kept telling us one technician never showed, and the other "had a really bad attitude". 2 hours after my appointment time, they told me it was ready. Then they said the tires weren't aligned "because our only tech trained to do that walked out". I drove away and despite the invoice saying they had balanced the tires the car was pulling hard to the right. I couldn't drive like that, so I went to the Hudson fleet farm location. They said they would do the alignment but refused to take the same type of payment that the Oakdale location took for $700 dollars, and were very unfriendly about that. I've been going to Fleet Farm since I was a baby, my father bought all his farm goods there as well before passing. This was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced.

This place seems like a mix between a Walmart, Menard's, and a lower-cost Cabela's. We came here looking for a snowblower but realized that Fleet Farm is really built for people that have at least a couple of acres. Everything for the "yard" was a bit more super-sized, so we struck out there. The staff here are super friendly and really tried to help us think through our snow-clearing needs. However, they also have great deals on stuff for home cleaning and maintenance, as well as indoor and outdoor clothing at low prices. We got some kids toys and some holiday decorations and continued our snowblower hunt elsewhere.

They didn't even balance my New tires . Let me leave with out getting an alignment. Ruining my $1200 tires. Then I asked why they put diffrent air pressure in the tired the manager said there's a sticker on the door that telling the correct air pressure sure enough the door said all 4 tires should be at 80psi they set fronts to 64psi and the back to 70psi . No one working there knows what they are doing the lady in charge was more concerned about where the employees ate there pizza then if they we correctly installing everyone's new tires this was on 4/7/22 . Ridiculous was to install a expensive set of tires

I was in the store on March 4 at 6:15 P.M. to get oil that was advertised on sale. When it rang up, it was not the price showing in the flyer. I went to the Customer Service desk and Tammy assisted me. She was rude and raised her voice continuously and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. She insisted that the oil was not on sale. I showed her the ad, that she was unable to read, and tried to prove that it was on sale. She called Jason and he came up yelling with the wrong oil. We told him that we could hear him and asked him to stop shouting. Tammy still insisted that she could not adjust the price and returned the oil. The other Customer Service employee #118394 (sorry didn't get your name) took over and was very polite and helpful. She realized that the ad was incorrect and rang the merchandise up at the sale price. She apologized for the error in the ad. Thank you #118394 for helping us deal with a tense situation created by Tammy. All we wanted was to get the advertised price for the oil and didn't come in to be shouted at by Tammy and Jason.

I felt that I was not treated as a customer but as the return took more then ten mins and was looked at very close. I had a sales slip. It cost me 20 dollars in gas just to do the return on a bad item as I had to drive across town to town. Pay for my gas!
