“I found this place tremendously helpful- so many special diet health foods I'd rarely found in brick and mortar. At both recent visits, I was enthusiastically assisted. They do special orders. When I've finished figuring out my food sensitivities I'll be back to raid their freezers- some of the gluten-free, dairy-free, etc varieties I hadn't seen elsewhere. Posted signs indicted a discount on certain days...”

I truly trust what I purchase there — the stock products that are safe, clean, and high quality. It’s not packed with trendy, unregulated “miracle” products or questionable snake oil. You can tell they’re thoughtful about what they carry, and that gives me real peace of mind.
The service is always warm and welcoming. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful — they actually understand the products and take the time to answer questions without pressure. The store itself is run so well and has such a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. It’s one of those places you just enjoy walking into.
It’s honestly my favorite place to browse whenever I can. Sadly my only grip is I moving out of White Bear Lake and miss having it at my back door. If you care about quality, purity, and trustworthy guidance, this is the spot. Highly recommend!”
