The Self checkout is half open, and when you have to checkout the scanners misread the items and it requires one of the workers to assist almost every time it is used. And then it takes somebody to realize what's going on about another minute sometimes two. The whole process is very slow and tedious.

DO NOT GO HERE! CHOOSE ANOTHER PHARMACY! This location does not care about patients and often lies about when prescriptions are ready. Service is awful and rude. Please choose another pharmacy.

Garbage. Go elsewhere for your prescription. They'll keep you waiting for ages despite claiming your rx are ready and act unconcerned the entire time.

Wow!!! I have always enjoyed the yummy muffins and cookies from Hy-Vee bakery. Well now I have to share my wonderful experience of ordering a cupcake cake for a baby shower. I was in the store last Thursday to order a cupcake cake for a baby shower on Sunday. The young woman that helped/guided me through the process was knowledgeable, patient and wonderful. I told her my idea of what I was looking for. She took that into consideration and added her great ideas. I was so comfortable leaving the store because she assured me that the cake would work.Today I returned to the store and was soooo elated with the cake. It was just what I wanted. The baby shower honoree and guests were very impressed with the appearance of the cake as well. Not only did the cake look good it tasted good! The chocolate and yellow cupcakes and buttercream frosting used to create the cake were so yummy and flavorful. Thank you Hy-Vee Bakery!!!!!

This is probably the best grocery chain in America. Watch out for the daily deals because those can't be beat. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to their further expansion not only in Minnesota, but the rest of the country as well.

Some of the staff need to be replaced. I don't understand how they're in a customer service type job that's for helping people in need when they can't complete a basic job of putting a container in a bag and slapping a label onto it.I called about a prescription that got sent to the pharmacy. They said to give them 20 minutes before coming so they could "get it ready." I gave them 30. When I arrived, a woman with an attitude asked me what I needed and my birthdate. After giving her the information, she responds with "ugh, just sit down. It'll just be a minute." I sat down. In the meantime, the staff helped about 10-15 other people. Some were walk-in COVID vaccines, others were flu vaccines, and a majority were other prescription pick-ups.After waiting for 30 minutes in front of all the pharmacy staff, and watching other people receive assistance the pharmacist comes out and asks "are you waiting on something"? I explained that I was waiting for a prescription and then he reaches in front of him, pulls out a container with my prescription in it, and starts putting together my prescription. So my prescription was sitting there for who knows how long, while I was sitting, waiting for a prescription. In total it took about an hour altogether from calling and physically receiving the medication.On the other hand, "Nick" the pharmacist is the best I've seen. He's always super friendly and very helpful. I haven't seen him lately though, so if they replaced him with the clowns that are attempting to pass as a functional pharmacy, they made a gigantic mistake.

The online grocery order pick up area is so unorganized. By the time they get your order to you you could have went in and shopped yourself. I have given then several chances but I am done. Competitor is so organized, quick, simple and a great experience.

I absolutely cannot tolerate this pharmacy any longer.I cannot comprehend why they cannot keep medications in stock.When, after contacting them about a prescription for 3 consecutive days, they tell me on the evening of the 3rd day - " Were hoping to get the shipment in tomorrow"What ?! There are so many things wrong with that statement I cannot even begin to express how frustrated I became.They also do not have the ability to put my prescriptions on auto refill because my "state funded insurance" does not qualify for that convenience in their system.This pharmacy fails on so many levels to provide even minimally satisfactory service.I highly recommend you take your needs elsewhere.Continuously disappointed

The take out food area is serving old food, tasteless food. Went to grab a lunch and purchased orange chicken with rice. Rice tasted like it was made last month. The orange chicken had more breading than chicken and wasn't fully cooked. I do not see myself grabbing food from the take out area anymore.

Horrible customer service at Pharmacy. Sarah could not find my prescription after my mom spelled it twice to her. My mom returned with no prescription causing me to have to go out with my baby in the cold. Sarah got on the phone and immediately had a disrespectful attitude and refused to apologize. Claiming she must have misheard the spelling of my name from my mom standing in front of her. My sister has already left their pharmacy and both my mother and I will be leaving now too. When I asked Sarah if she was going to apologize for being rude to my mom and causing us to have to come back she literally said “no I’m good”. Unbelievable!

I went to this pharmacy to get my covid-19 booster and I was blown away by how horrible the whole process was. The man who helped me get checked in and administered my shot was extremely rude. He didn't tell me when or where he would be sticking me with the needle, and didn't verify who I was or what type of vaccine I was getting. Nobody told me about potential side effects, nobody asked if I felt okay. I know this is not in compliance with how vaccines are supposed to be administered. He was so unprofessional and it scares me that this type of person works at a pharmacy.He then told me to go wait on a chair in front of the pharmacy and told me he would call my name when my card was complete. Well I waited there for 45 minutes and I finally went up to the counter and my card had just been sitting there. The j*** who had been helping me look at me multiple times and knew I was sitting there just wasting my time. Highly recommend staying away from this place.

I love their customer service and the food is delicious so far. I always have strange request or questions and the staff does their best to answer me or accommodate me, like the atmosphere in restaurant also.
