This is a very unfortunate event since I really like Hy-Vee and their products. But after going to the Woodbury location yesterday to buy a fruit pizza for my birthday cake I'm disappointed to the point where I won't ever purchase again. First thing when I picked up the item in store the lid that was on top of the metal plate holding the pizza was too large. There was very obviously air getting in around the outside and they just put four pieces of tape on the bottom to keep the lid on when picking up even though it didn't fit. Which in turn dried out the pizza badly. On top of that there is like none of the cream cheese frosting stuff on there that is supposed to make it a pizza. It tastes like a dry cookie and dried out fruit. Absolutely disappointing. And it costed $20....

Store is great, nice blend of products, prices are reasonable vs lunds. Bakery has fair priced upscale treats. Deli hot area is great with daily specials, like the pork tenderloin bigger than a dinner plate for under $8. Sushi is good and fresh for nice price.

They used to be amazing. Now they're OK. It makes me sad. I still shop here, but I'm disappointed in the post pandemic Hy-Vee compared to pre pandemic.

I go out of my way to Hy-Vee occasionally for items that are not carried at local groceries. Store has always been clean and well-stocked. Staff seem generally friendly.

Hyvee is rotten. Poor customer service. I ask for a manager. No one ever came. I ordered my food Sat down eating area walhburger restaurant. Waited.over 20 min my food. Rotten place stinks!+ I had get up find someone bring me my food. The bartender with curly. Hair and waitress blonde totally ignoring me. Bad service. Food was cold! I already talked to the manager finally all he said was sorry?change things and fix the issue.

This hyve has always been good to us. Over the years since opening some of their stuff has declined. But is still a solid place to go. And great gluten free options.
