I made an appointment the day before at 6 o’clock for the next day, 2 people, we each got a regular mani and pedi. They close at 7:30 and said that it would be fine (and if they had an issue with the time they should have told me so). We both got there about 5:50, they had started my mom’s pedicure already and got my pedicure started right away. All was going good and they started doing my mom’s nails as she was getting her feet done which was alright but it looked a little uncomfortable. She got done and they started to rush me right away because the one lady was leaving. She started on my hands as I was sitting in the pedi chair and I told her I wanted to keep them as long as possible, she cut them all short and never asked the shape I wanted them to be, so she gave me square. I could have spoke up but they were obviously in a rush. She got me out of the chair onto the manicure station, I thought she would even out my nails because they were not even and she just painted over them. The color I chose definitely required more than 2 layers, she only gave me 2 and told me it looked great when you could still see my nails under it. Then she rushed me back to the pedi station, started my feet. Which the feet look fine I just feel like they have done way better in the past and rushed the gel timer fast. My mom left by then and I feel like this could have went so much more smoothly, I’ve had great experiences with these people in the past they are very nice. I just wish that if they didn’t want to do all that they should have told me they couldn’t do an appointment at that time with the services we wanted. This happened about a week ago and now all my nails have started to chip thin layers and I noticed little marks on some of the fingers from the nails being bumped or buffed. On top of everything I paid the 95$ for nails I didn’t want and not the best service. I have never had an issue in the past I love the manger and her employees are very sweet this was just not a good experience.

Iris Nails has the largest variety of nail services and colors I’ve ever seen! Friendly, competent staff! I get my dips done there as they last much longer than other services! Walk ins are welcomed! Check them out!!

Iris nails is a great place to get your nails done! They also offer hair tinsel if you’re looking to add a little sparkle to your hair! They are super friendly and professional! Tiana and employees are all very professional and kind. Always feel welcomed there.

Tried to give this place another chance. I do not recommend!! The staff was nice but my nails look like it was her first time ever trying. I specified my length, she cut them shorter because she thought it would be better. I should have stopped there and left. They are crooked, lumpy and left looking so terrible. I felt like she was rushing even tho the salon was empty. I will not be back.

Ok so my sister and I went here not too long ago to have a nail day, super overpriced. The entire time one of the staffs was saying how we should go to her next time we want our nails done (she has a separate business) and my sisters nails turned out terrible. (Photo down below) this appointment also took two hours and all we got was French tip and I got a solid color. We then talked to the employees about how we didn’t like her nails and that they look bad to see if we could do anything about it because my sister has an important event coming up. They then blamed us and said it was her “nail beds” and if they didn’t do it like this is would look stupid even though at other nail salons her French tip always comes out looking perfect. Then they said “we gave you a choice to do a solid color and you didn’t take it idk what to tell you honey” then proceeded to charge her 75$ for something she wasn’t even happy with. I do not recommend this salon if you want your nails to turn out good, don’t want to pay too much and if you’re on a time crunch. We looked at all the other reviews before going on they seemed all good , I admit the staff was pretty friendly other then blaming all there mistakes on my sister. Pretty much all I’m trying to say is this wasn’t the best experience for us.

The cleanest nail salon shop around which is very important for me.Does not have any toxic nail polish smell, and not over crowded. I would highly recommend!
$70 for hot stone pedicure and gel nail polish.

I always love my nails. They look amazing. They’re very strong. No smell they have such big color options and the staff is amazing and the most kind people you will ever meet I love going to this nail salon. It is beautiful inside and always clean.

I have gone to the same nail person for a long time she left the nail shop I was going to and for the last year I have been going to several different places trying to find a good nail tech especially one that is good with long nails. Today I came into Iris nails, Tatiana did my nails. I am beyond happy with them and she has gained a new loyal client. I haven’t had my nails look this nice in over a year. The amount of joy I felt is undescribable. Some people may not care about their nails, but my nails mean a lot to me and she really made me feel good so thank you.!!!
