I am picky about who I choose to work with, and when I was introduced to Karli, I knew I was going continue working with her. Unlike some in the industry who may prioritize closing deals over understanding the needs and concerns of their clients. Karli's transparency and willingness to simplify the daunting world of mortgage lending instills a sense of trust, which has shown to be rare, and invaluable. Rather than simply presenting options and figures, she takes the initiative to ensure full comprehension of each aspect of the loan terms, empowering new homeowners to make informed decisions with confidence.
Beyond her role as a loan officer, and maybe my favorite thing about Karli, is she actively seeks opportunities to support initiatives aimed at increasing access to homeownership, particularly among underserved communities. Whether through volunteering with local housing organizations or participating in outreach programs, she consistently demonstrated her belief in the transformative power of homeownership to uplift individuals and families.

Karli is amazing! I have recently started working with her (I'm a realtor) and her approach to complicated or challenging transactions has been very proactive and thoughtful. In a recent transaction I absolutely know we would not have closed on time if we hadn't had her pushing things through her underwriting team. 100% because of the listing agents constant delays with sending required information - NOT because of anything happening on her end. She went the extra mile to make up for the deficit on that side and we have a very happy client because of it! I'll add that my number one concern when I'm working with people is communication. I want to know EXACTLY what is happening and how this will impact my clients and Karli is very proactive about providing information. I never want to be caught off guard or surprised and I appreciate that not happening with Karli. Highly recommend. :)
