NLP has been by far the most friendly and helpful company out there in purchasing original parts for my 370z. If you are looking for quality parts at the best price for sure look into NLP. I've been utilizing them for over two years now, and have never had any complain or situation where i had been disappointed. If i could rate them 10 stars i would. Ordered a veilside spoiler from them, it came damaged and cracked, I called and I got no help, they blamed me and the body shop and pretty much it’s apparently my fault for them sending me damage product, I got nothing in compensation and no replacement spoiler after spending all this money, I heavily do not recommend this company and take your hard earned money elsewhere, side not also during my issue there was little rudeness and getting smart with me. Do not recommend, if I can give 0 star I would

Excellent service! Called CS to make sure part was actually in stock before placing the order online. Got a quick response that the part would not be available until 3/19 but a few days later I was notified that the part had actually shipped and I’d be getting super fast shipping! Highly recommend & will be placing more orders in the future!

My experience with NextLevel Performance was nothing less than extraordinary. I ordered a custom honeycomb carbon fiber diffuser from Carbon Signal through them. Despite having waited for a long period time due to shipping constraints and COVID shipping restrictions in Dubai (which was not their fault); NextLevel Performance made sure to check in with the manufacturer of my diffuser weekly. NextLevel Performance updated me every step of the way and for that I am truly grateful. My purchase was stress free, highly recommend them for your aftermarket needs, and I will more than likely go through them again.Thanks again to Lance, Jon, and to the rest of NextLevel Performance team.

Where do I start? The next level performance team are knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, transparent group of people. Building my 370z searching the web, I came across next level performance, contacted them through Instagram and within minutes got a response. Seems like they work 24/7. What led from buying a harness bar to a body kit from Japan, to a roll cage, headlights/taillights and much much more, I've built a relationship with them. They follow up with their client every step of the way from where your package are to how long it will take to arrive. What's better than ordering parts from a company, talk cars and talk about every day life. I've recommended them to pretty much everyone and you should too. Love this company! Got my NLP 4 point roll cage and carbon fiber v1 carbon signal front lip from next level performance through Lance. Very knowledgable and professional seller. Kept me updated through out the whole process and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Very thankful that i did not have to go through the headache of dealing with customs when ordering parts overseas by going through next level. Great customer service and trustworthy seller. I've always had great experience dealing with next level and they also provide helpful information if you have any question regarding some modification for your car before purchasing some parts.
