I believe that this credit union only benefits certain people. They treat other groups less than fair.

Called there 24/7 phone service at 8pm, took over 45min for them to answer and all I needed was some basic information about my account. They either need more people answering their phones to make 24/7 actually work.

I've been so impressed with the team at Novation Credit Union! In addition to having our normal checking and savings account with Novation, we have refinanced our home and held several car loans. What I have especially appreciated in each of these transactions has been the authentic support, competitive rates and ability to move fast and be flexible. Where some banks seem to create "speed bumps", Novation removes barriers and moves quickly to support their customers. Special thanks to Tina and Shahla whom I highly recommend working with on the loan front!

ATM shut down in the middle of a deposit. The deposit did not complete and the money was stuck in the machine. Member services did nothing to check the ATM so that the funds could be made available immediately.I was told there was no one available to check the ATM.

After getting transferred 3 times and a wait time of at least 90 to 120 minutes they refused to unblock MY CARD!Or issue me a new one.Wells Fargo customer service is starting to look good and that says alot.So now in the middle of a pandemic they told me I'm out of luck and couldn't do anything. And there lobby is closed in my city.Thanks

Always great service and personal recognition. I have been banking with Novation for many years and wouldn't think about changing. The big banks nickel and dime you to death with fees and do not give the same level of customer service. I tried other banks and it just didn't go so well.

Decent banking experience in general, but I got a notice one day that I needed to add money to my negative balance. This is not my primary account, so I don't check it often. Turned out they'd been trying to pay someone's bill with my account on accident for three months. They fixed it when I called but never even apologized. Wrote the branch manager to let him know and never heard back. Lazy, poor customer service.

I've been banking at Novation all my life. Service Representatives are always charasmatic, friendly and helpful. I've had two car loans from Novation that had very low interest rates and reasonable playment plans that I was able to keep up with. Banking has never been easier since they launched their mobile banking app. I can even deposite checks without ever needing to go to the bank!
