It's pretty black & white, you pay for the size of the unit you need, & they will accomidate you (if they have a unit open) I have been using their storage for a while & experienced that they will take time to explain any questions you have, even over the phone they will do what they can to help you with your situation. Very nice people & place to store my things! Plus I have had no security problems at all.đThanks Stephen's Storage.

Great place to rent storage in Twin Cities area! I had trouble looking for decently priced storage, but then I came across this facility and have been here ever since!

Stephen storage is a scammed place. Beware they charged you a return fee even when the truck was returned clean.

You know here at Stephen's Self Storage I had an awesome great experience I met one of the owners Mike and he was able to help me with every situation and every question being as though he's one of the owners he was very knowledgeable and able to give me straight across the table information and I am going to purchase one of the storage units for the leftover stuff out of my apartment where I'm moving and downsizing Mike was so helpful very outstanding he was a upstanding kind of guy I thank him so much for all of his assistants advice and suggestions a great place to do any kind of storage rental or U-Haul rental a great company and great owners thanks Mike again yours truly Karen

The people that run this place are outstanding! The gentleman try to meet everyone's needs that they possibly can & according to me they do!! We appreciate them greatly! Also the rental units are clean and security is awesome and I would definitely recommend them and the prices are awesome as well

Nicodemus and Michael were great to work with! They were prompt, courteous, flexible, and friendly. Nicodemus especially went above and beyond. It was a great experience, and we would definitely rent from them next time!

We had a huge hiccup with a Uhaul rental through a different location. We were calling around and ended up talking with Stephen's self storage who was incredibly kind and worked to find us a moving truck that very same day. He even called different locations and made sure we got a discount for the trouble we went through starting our move. Highly recommend just based on the customer service alone! Big thanks from our family.

Mike runs the place overall pretty great experience for the last 3 years. The units are indoors and secure with a keycode given when you rent a unit for the security gate. Easy access to move your belongings in and out. Also another cool thing is Stephen's storage also rents the Uhaul trucks as well on the premises. Thanks for all you have done for me Mike over the past 3 years.

Charged me for rent after vacating the unit. Got aggressive with me after I gave notice that I was vacating, and when I called him out on illegal charges.Michael has anger issues and needs counseling.

Gosh, moving, divorce, crazy immediate need for all oneâs âstuff!!â Uff.....I think we have all been there before. Looking for a place to store what was left of belongings became such a tough decision and resulted in an unfortunate move in haste. But then I saw Stephanâs Storage and thought I would give them a try. They were close, had immediate availability, and seemed cost reasonable. But mostly, the person I spoke with was kind, helpful and alleviated my initial concerns about finding a safe place for my âstuffâ â my treasure. What I did have left was personal and important to me and I was very concerned about leaving it behind as I was move far away.

The office was very helpful in getting us set up with a storage locker. It was a Saturday and very busy, but things moved pretty fast. I like the area were these are and it has been very handy. I would recommend to friends looking for a storage facility.
