Picture this... it's the dead of winter and my lips are so dry they've been bleeding for the past three days that I've woken up (and I can't find any of my chapstick!). Enter my favorite Target! My strongly needed aquafor was easy to find and now my lips can begin their healing journey. Thank you Target for always being there to help when I need you the most! Unfortunately, I am only able to rate this location four stars because today they had half of their parking lot blocked off (for a reason I don't know!) and I was unable to park in my favorite spot. This new occurrence set me off of my groove and I was unable to enjoy my shopping trip to the fullest degree.

I've been going to this target my whole life finally decided to rate it now. Best customer service I've had. The value is not very expensive. And my kids love going to this target too. 5 stars

I have usually had a good experience at Target and pharmacy. I went in to Target and there was 1 guy in front if me, whose prescription wasn't ready, they told him to just wait a min or so and they will fill his quick. Within a couple mins they gave him prescription. Then it was my turn, it was 1:18 ish, and mine also wasn't ready, the gal turned and asked another if they would have time to fill it before their 130 lunch. They said no, so I either have to walk around Target for over an hour, and wait to get any frozen foods in my cart, or leave and come back an hour later. It's cold and windy outside, I don't want to leave and come back. Super frustrating they can help the guy in front of me quick, and can't do the same for me. I waited in the area for the next 12 mins incase they were able to fill it quick, and nope. You should have set guidelines you follow. You helped him who was in front of me, and then the next person in line (me) didn't get the same treatment. It took them 2 mins to fill the guys in front of me, I'm sure mine would have been about the same. They also told me they open at 230, but then I overheard (didn't see) someone ask when they open back up and they said 2. Maybe my person was confused because it's Sunday. I will shop and come back at 2 incase they are open and not get anything frozen for now.

I have never been treated so horribly in a store in my life. Today my daughter and I went to Target and for some reason the loss prevention officer decided to follow us around. We were walking around the store grabbing things to buy when he first starts circling us, he then proceeds to come up and ask if we need help finding anything, I said no he quickly walks off. This unfortunately wasn't the end, this man continued to watch us through the store and even followed us to the registers watching as we checked out as if we were criminals. I bought a phone case that was in the plastic enclosure, I scanned it and asked my daughter to have the customer service person remove it, this man came running up and said I'll help. My daughter explained we scanned already and just needed removed, he walks over to me and says I will remove it once you scan it, both of us explained again it was already scanned. He then took his hand as if he was going to hit the back button to look and then says to me are you sure you scanned it, I advised him once again that I had already scanned. Once I paid, he ran to the back. I should have just dumped all my stuff then and there. We spent over $300 and did nothing suspicious in this store to deserve to be followed and questioned like we were. I will never shop at this location again and suggest anyone who doesn't like being followed and accused for no reason to do the same!

Staff at the Oakdale MN. store were of no help today for my husband. Between 10am- 12:00 he was sent a sim card from Consumer Cellular. They told him Target could & would help put it in etc. Well that is far from what happened. He was asked for a lot of info and then told he would have to call Consumer Cellular and do it himself. That is very, very discussing & rude! If they want the job they better learn the job.

I was in Oakdale to check out a food truck. It was a Saturday after seeing a Minnesota Wild game. I was back the following day to see another Wild game and there was a food drive happening. I needed to get a non-perishable item.I found this Target store nearby. Perfect! There was lots of parking in the lot. It's in a spacious plaza with a McDonald's close by. I pulled into a spot and walked in. Washrooms are immediately on the left. Next to that is the women's clothing section. The Spring collection was out. It was nice seeing bright colours. I see that nautical themes are popular again, which makes me think that my fashion sense in grade 10 was visionary.I found the grocery section. I grabbed a limited edition of strawberry banana Cheerios. It was delicious. I had a bowl every other morning while I was in Eagan. I brought the rest of it home and polished it off earlier this week. I hope that it comes over the border soon or I'll need to import a lot of it.I found the soup section. A can of soup seemed perfect as my non-perishable item. I got a can of Progresso low-sodium chicken noodle soup. It's exactly what I'd get and consume. I hope that whomever gets this can will like it.Easter items were out in full force. I saw a purple glittery Peeps plushie that's probably a foot tall. I fell in love with it and bought it. I'm staring at it as I write this review. No regrets. I love it so much. I feel like its ears will help improve my cell phone's signal.I also got some cherry limeade Ice Cubes gum while I was waiting in line to pay. It was excellent! The female cashier was nice. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and all was great. She put my items in a large plastic bag to accommodate my Peeps plushie. I thanked her and left.I had an enjoyable time at this store. I'd return in a heartbeat when I'm in Oakdale again.(91)

The self checkout lanes at this Target work so well. I've been to many other Targets and the self checkout lanes make it more difficult than easier. The store is also always super clean, but I have a very hard time finding fresh veggies including salad lettuce. Other than that, the parking lot is always crazy with traffic.

I came here to buy two items from two different registries. I accidentally selected an item I did not buy and asked the store if they could put that item back on the registry. One person I talked to really didn't understand how the registry worked and there was no customer service desk anymore at this target so I had to talk to a manager. Not even she could help me. I had to chat with corporate to get them to put it back on the persons registry. None of the people there really seemed to know what they were doing (except the manager) I asked one of the cashiers how much a target shopping bag was and he didn't know. He was with a customer so I stood back until he was done and when I turned around I saw him flinging around and playing with a toy in the aisle near his register. He then tried to pull his scanner across the aisle to scan this bag. It didn't reach so he tried to do it another way. I finally took the bag off the hook and suggested he take the bag over to his scanner to see what the price was. I was so embarrassed for the store because I have never been at a target that was so unprofessional. I also am very displeased with the fact that you have to use the app to do everything. If you do not know how to do it the onus is on you and you have to figure it out. The manager even agreed with me and said she was surprised how much target relied on their app for things like this. I will not be shopping at this store again and I will never shop for a registry item at target again.

Store is always clean. Love that they always have someone cleaning off the carts and sanitizing them after each use.

It is COVID-19 time. I had to stop to drink some water to go to the restroom. The water fountains were closed for probably sanitary reasons maybe?! However they have next to it plenty of water to buy which I did. I went walking around I bought few things including their clearance St. Patrick's Day items. The place was clean. Two ladies at the front desk were cleaning the carts and offered one to me. Parking was ample. Nice location close to the highway. Not a very busy location yet because the area is still under development.

Way to go. It's October. You have Christmas decor. You don't have winter coats for kids under 12mos. It's been under 40degrees for a week and today the high is 36. We've been looking for 2 weeks knowing the weather is common. You still have nothing! Way to go dropping the ball. I guess I should just shut up and buy the Easter Baskets!!!

Today we decided to stop by Target to get a few items from their Black History Month Display I keep seeing all over the internet. We couldn't find it... I asked an employee and you can tell he was very uncomfortable and he didn't know. I asked another person and she said THEY DON'T HAVE ONE AND THEY WON'T BE GETTING ONE..... I finished shopping and my 3 year old says "mama are we getting my new history shirt?" I said not today, they don't sell them here. He then says "Why mama? They don't like brown boy clothes for me?" YOU GUY'S MY HEART BROKE! We will be ordering the shirt online which takes away the joy of shopping with my little guy. Target, from now on please give your African American families access to special clothes at EVERY LOCATION. Please! This still is a nice location, friendly employees etc... But please fix this.

I find targets continuing trend of trying to be high end and trendy to be weird.
