Purchased 3 different times from the Retail Showroom. Didn't have any issues 1st time. 2nd time every item received was defective, but was replaced by the manufacturer.The 3rd time however, I received a defective item. A mounting bolt was stuck in and could not be dislodged. Was told they wouldn't replace because it had already been installed, and I clearly reiterated the staff member that I could not install it, because this bolt in question that was required to removed to even attempt mounting was not able to be removed.Just be entirely clear, an allen wrench came with the hardware with the purpose of removing this stuck bolt. Attempting to use the included allen wrench stripped out the bolt head.

We bought commercial doors and door handles from this company. We spent over $10k. The door handles keep falling off. I’ve called 3 times to try and schedule service. No phone call back. Very unprofessional. Buy your hardware elsewhere
