“I can't get an answer on damage that was done to new vehicle during a warranty paint repair.
Purchased a new vehicle at the end of May 2024. The dealer was great about fixing some factory paint damage. However, I noticed there were new scratches and gouges after I picked it up from the paint repairs. I emailed the service department in mid-June 2024 with pictures of the damage. The service department referred me to the salesperson in an email. The salesperson never contacted me so I emailed the sales manager in July who also never contacted me. Maybe my emails are going to spam? Maybe my salesperson is on leave? Sales process was smooth, new vehicle pick up went great, but they are really falling down with a simple yes or no for fixing the paint damage.
Update: My emails had gone to spam. They have reached out and are fixing the problem.”

I had to wait a few days to get my new Tiguan (supply chain issues!) and they provided me with a rental so my life wouldn't be disrupted. “I purchased a used 1986 Honda CRX SI and it needed a lot of work. I found David and Elite Motorsports from a vintage Honda forum. David and his team worked over the course of months to get my CRX roadworthy. Head gasket was blown (fixed), all new valve train, converted the A/C system to accept new refrigerant, basically replaced the entire engine coolant system...I could go on. Not easy to do on a 39 year old car. Plus, David and his team fixed minor things at no cost (for example, they stitched a rip in the seat).

“Purchased a 16 Passat and it drove great. Just a tiny bit of hail damage, got it for a great price. Totally new gas and breaks, very touchy but that’s my preference. A lady hit me and the car was totalled two weeks later. Went back to get another car and found a 16 mazda3. Luckily I got bumper to bumper warranty, because it smells like rotten eggs whenever I accelerate on the highway. Took it back in to get it fixed but it’s been some time and I’m almost positive the problem is still going on. Now it’s starting to smell worse but my warranty has expired so I cannot get it checked for free. The paint has also started peeling and is getting worse by the day. Cannot wait to sell this car. The reason for the high rating is because the workers are great. Even let my dog come to do some shopping with us. One guy I believe his name was Rick, had something to say because my dog is a pit bull, so he clearly wasn’t the best with customer service. Nate who I believe is the owner helped me search through the cars I was interested in and make a choice. Both cars he went down in price as well. Once my Mazda is sold I do plan to go purchase another car from here.”
