“Largest smoke shop in the state, if not the country! Unbelievable range of choices on everything from glassware to cigarette papers, lighters to baseball hats! You can spend hours in there and never see it all!”
“As soon as I walked through the door, I was impressed by the size and layout of the store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I came in to purchase. I will definitely be returning to restock my supplies.”
“Staff are amazing, products are top tier, service is exceptional and the prices are more than competitive, they steam roll the competition.
Not an advertisement, they really are that good.”
“So happy this tobacco shop is here. They have my cigarettes where other stores have stopped selling them or closed.Welcome to cottage Grove so happy you're here.?❤️”
“Nice staff, knowledgeable, clean, inviting, cute little store. I went to get gummies to help with sleep and they helped me pick out what I needed. I've been going there now for the passed 2 years.”

“10 STARS, Hands down.. Really chill establishment, top notch customer service.. Great products for great prices.. I would 100% send family or friends to Simply Vapour for Premium vape products, Crystals, THC and CBD.. They care about your well-being and personal or medical needs.. Definitely the one stop shop for tranquility and elevation.. Absolutely love the vibe as soon as they open the door and welcome you inside..”
“Great spot. I just buy smokes, but Nel always remembers me and the chick with the piercings walked me through what vaping would look like when i asked. Good people, good knowledge, good vibes”
“Wonderful corner store. The employees I met were warm, welcoming & helpful. The time I spent checking the place out, I noticed how clean, tidy, well organized & 99% well stocked on all items (except I did see skim milk). But I did see products i don’t see at any other corner stores or any store I’d expect to find it. How many corner stores sell jewelry for (a few, not all) body piercings or candy you haven’t seen for 20 years or a hookah pipe (water pipe)? One think I don’t recall seeing is a self-serve beverage or food bar. But I did see ashtray/butt container that lights up, extinguishes and/or contains the odor. If you’re one of few that smokes cigarettes & buys by the carton, you might find a little something extra in your bag. Just an old-school corner store with friendly employees and some unique items.”

“They have very paws-ative, attentive, and helpful guides stationed throughout the store... plus the human staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable about all of their products!”
“Excellent service! We drove from Wisconsin because vapes are illegal to sell, for now. What is still available is laughable really. My husband was nearly quit, then went back to smoking cigarettes because of the stupid ban. So we drove to find him the vape mod he needed to stay quit!”
“Love this place. Have a sizeable selection of glass ware, rolling papers and wraps, tobacco, and now THC and CBD items. The people who work the till are always friendly anytime im in. I go here weekly”

“Great customer services with friendly interaction. Also has a great variety of products including the latest products of Torch. Highly recommend stopping by and check it out”
“When you first opened the people were awesome. Next time I went in it sucked. Stopped by this evening (11/19) and Bethany helped me out. She's fantastic and I'm happy to bring my business here again. Give girl a raise or recognize her in some way please.”
“Small little sore but had really cheap prices on bottles of loon vape juice. They were only $13 and everywhere else near her they're at least $17 if not more. The little single pods for my loon typhoon 2.0 were $5,99 which was a little more than other places but if you buy a 3 pack they're only $9.99 for 3. So overall this place is great. The people are really nice. They have a little rewards program too. I like it a lot.”
“Another great review. Anybody that enjoys quality customer service from a good, young group of dudes that know about the products, you won't find better. Also, me being a dog lover adds the bonus of being around the best behaved huskies in any store I've ever visited”
“This is a tobacco store yes they do sell menthol yes and yes there can be rude staff but not the owner the owner is not the rude one so please if you do have a problem with one of the staff please be polite and simply ask for the owner or ask when the owner will be in or even ask is there a way to contact the owner or always you can come back another day with different staff and ask because I do understand the rude ess needs to go but at the same time the owner shouldn't have to take our rudeness either so always keep this in mind it does go both ways !
Other than that this place is always stocked and always has what I need anyways so please let's bring more people, maybe more customers might bring more happiness??
You never know”
“OMG CHAIMAA IS AMAZING! She knows how to handle customers even in bad situations she’s polite always has a smile on her face. She’s very aware of Products And how they work. Honestly, I try to come in on her schedule because she is the one that I feel holds this company together no matter if she’s really busy or not. She’s got you taking care of and she’s not afraid to handle people that are being truculent or abusive towards her in my opinion. This girl is the company she knows her stuff and if she would ever leave I know at least 12 people that wouldn’t be going there any longer that’s how much She does for That company at first I thought she was the owner and I thought yeah this is right she should be!! I’ll always return as long as she’s there!! Thank you for everything, sweetheart! You rock!”
“I had called about a certain product I needed, once they said they had it, I said I was omw, when I got there, the amazing ladies had it at the register waiting!!! Amazing ?”
“Awesome smoke shop with AMAZING disposable vape selection, including disposable hookah vapes. Entire separate room with huge bong selection. Tons of glass, torches, grinders, lighters and bowls/onies. Definitely the BEST BEST BEST selection of Clipper lighters I have ever seen in a store!!! Prices are fair and not overly expensive. Amit was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!”

“Ayman and Bruce are the kind of people that made me feel like I was at home when I came into the store and they treated me like a human being and this kind of kindness needs to be everywhere”
