If I could put zero stars I would. Shop is dishonest they damaged my car while they were working on it. Gerry the shop manager tells me headquarters will call with claim number to fix. Head quarters calls says didn't happen at the shop and say they have pictures, I called BS and asked for pictures and conveniently they didn't take any. Head quarters said they will give me $300.00 check and go get it buffed out. You can see the clean spot were there smashed into car Light broken aa well. Collision shop quotes $2500.00. I have told all my friends and family and anyone who asks do not come here dishonest. If you want a honest trustworthy shop don't come here.

Jeff's Auto Repair has been my go to place for our family cars and trucks for several years. Great service, always accommodating, fair prices, and good advice about things to keep an eye on that might need work in the future. They've always been straight up honest and friendly and never up sell me like some of the local dealerships do. I highly recommend them!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this location twice. This last time they got me in immediately and they are honest. Which is hard to find in this industry. This last time I brought my car in at the last minute (the dealer couldn't see it until January). They couldn't find the issue. Ran all tests and assured me that it was okay. They didn't charge me anything for this even though they spent their day chasing down what I thought was an issue. They are honest and they are nice and they are reliable. I highly recommend

This auto repair shop always goes above and beyond. Brought my vehicle here as they've serviced it before, this time they were unable to repair it (computer dealer issue) and genuinely were sorry. Even though they couldn't fix my car this time, their kindness and willingness to help while AAA refused to tow my car from there (a AAA Auto Approved shop BTW) their excellent service definitely makes one want to return here again. Any other future services will definitely make Jeff's Auto Repair my go-to shop again. Amazing Staff!

I like taking my car to Jeff's. It's nice to be able to just drop it off or even wait for it and know it'll be well taken care of. It's small town friendly and convenient.

What a waste of time. I had a full power steering replacement at Jeff's Auto in Bellevue 2 years ago. Last November the steering started to fail. I called Jeff's down in Renton as the Bellevue location was closed. I was reaffirmed by phone that my warranty was within the 2 years and I could have a full replacement. I arrive January 30th as that was the earliest they could see me. Finding out today that Kevin came up with numerous reasons why my power steering replacement will not be warranted. First- My vehicle is commercial which is not the case. Second-My warranty is passed by a month. I find it Interesting that they made me wait a month for my appointment so as they can use the "out of warranty timeframe" excuse. Kevin then wanted to waste more of my time today coming up with a new quote for a power steering pump which would have a brand new warranty. What happened to my last warranty?? If you can't warranty under the actual guidelines your company set, why would I trust your "new warranty" and since my truck is used for a variety of uses, as was the case when I had the original repair done since when does your evaluation on how I use my truck make it a factor on Whether or not you want to eat the cost with the repair. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere to someone that will honor their work. It is nice to find companies out there that just don't make the cut. I will tell everyone I know on social media to NOT do business with Jeff's Auto Repair. Because they do not back up there word as well as repairs on vehicles. Just a side note- New power steering replacements don't fail 2 years in! Thanks for wasting my gas and my time today. Have a nice day! My reply- Actually the warranty was for 2 years or 36k miles. I was under 36k miles which you should have honored. My truck is not a commercial truck as it is in my name not a company. Your assistant pulled my records up and confirmed over the phone. All Bellevue location records were sent to the Renton shop when the Bellevue location closed. I check my fluids quite regularly so ... Still not sure how a brand new power steering rack and pump fail In 2 years time being properly maintained. I spent over 2k. Just doesn't add up Jeff's Auto! Thanks.

To have to pay $200+ just to get an AC check yielded nothing but an even more expensive compressor replacement estimate. That wouldn't be that bad, but had to leave the car there all day just to get that and only asked that they'd be kind enough to make sure the tires on the car were filled, to which they agreed and confirmed they did, but didn't do. And the pricing for the compressor was hundreds more than the next estimate we got. Won't be back.

It's hard to find a trustworthy shop these days. Jeff's is the epitome of a great, local independent shop. They treat you with respect, don't try to upsell or BS you. Great service, fair prices, and quality work. Save yourself a ton of money from the dealership, while receiving superior vehicle care. Give them a try!
