Everybody besides the manager here has been amazing so for them, 5 stars. The 3 star rating is because no matter what time of day you come in, the manager is nowhere to be seen and is leaving one man at the counter to help a line of 5 people with 2 lines on the phone ringing. Props to the counter guys for staying upbeat and helping everybody as quick as they can but shame on this manager. Find better.

Broke down on a move 5 hrs from home. Local deputy sheriff, wish I remembered his name, great guy. He and his partner were great help. Gave a ride to O'Reilly's whom were also awesome. Had the part. Gave us very useful tips. Got it fixed and made it home. HOORAH!

Wes went above and beyond to help me out. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly the parts I needed for my truck. He even took the time to double-check compatibility and explained a few tips for installation. You don’t always find people who actually care and know their stuff, but Wes definitely does. Great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to him!

This store is not customer friendly, I purchased a brake caliper and when I brought the part back to get the core charge they refused to give me the money for it, the guy was very rude, a woman there told me that they don't like to give the money back for any core charge they want you to spend more money on the store, even if you don't need anything else. This isn't a very good place to shop, I'll be getting my parts online because of the bad customer service and it's much cheaper.

For being an auto parts store, the kid behind the counter sure didn't seem to know a lot about how to figure out lug nut size. He just stared at my tires as if it was going to jump out at him with an answer. So I went to the local tire shop. Found out it was a 22 mm. At least O'Reilly's has more supplies on shelf than Advanced Auto parts.

I do a lot of my own maintenance on my cars and normally get pretty good customer service at this location but the employee today was rude and unhelpful. He wouldn’t help me pick out a new battery for my car key fob, didn’t listen to me, and threw a big screwdriver on the counter which was much too big to use for a key fob. He had a really bad attitude. So now the battery that I picked out isn’t working. Normally the guys here are great and help look up which parts I need but not this one. The skinny guy with dark hair and a nose ring is no bueno.

First of all, I would like to state that low review has nothing to do with the store overall, and I have been getting part here for years. I had really unpleasant experience at this store today, however. Couple of days ago I bought PCV valve and a can of R-134a refrigerant to finish up repairs on my older vehicle. I have replaced entire AC system and needed a little extra refrigerant to top off the system as it requires more than one container I have had. My low side would only go to 25 PSI after filling one can, so I wanted pressure to go up to at around 40 PSI and got extra can. Anyway, I couldn't use the can because it had defective threads or something, so the gauge with trigger just kept spinning off of the can top without ability to pierce the can to release refrigerant out of it. I wanted to exchange it, but some individual of Asian descent with the glasses and manager tag on him, said right off the bat without me even fully approaching register and explaining the situation: " I can't accept opened and used freon cans!" Then, he holds the can and presses the trigger, and shows me 0 PSI on the gauge, and concludes that can has been opened. Now, here is the catch, the safety tab that needed to be removed from the can prior to screwing gauge and trigger on it must be removed in order to read the pressure, but he didn't!!! Therefore, he is either uneducated or thinks I am stupid! I was about to blow up and explain him that I wasn't able squeeze even a milligram out of this miserable can, but I didn't. Then, he started running around the store, checking something on the computer, so I asked him what is the problem, can it just be more or less expensive can as long as it's right refrigerant for the replacement? He declined and said that he made an exception this time and ordered it for the next day. The can wasn't opened and was defective- period, and as such should have been replaced. I still can't believe this guy didn't take safety tab off the can before screwing on pressure guage. How can you keep such employees that are uneducated at best and ignorant and arrogant at worst?

Evan was a ton of help. I'm a bit new to doing my own repairs and Evan helped answer some questions and find parts that evaded Advanced across the street. I'll return again and again just for the few interactions I've had here the last two days. Excellent service!
