105 Hamel Road, Hamel MN 55340
“This post office literally saved us. The best customer service. We had gone there to do our passports for me and my baby even though we didn’t have an appointment they still took us and did everything promptly and quickly. Thank you. Words are not enough to appreciate it you guys!”

5179 Main Street East, Maple Plain MN 55359
“I go there once a month and I cannot say enough good things about the woman who works in the front. She's wonderful, always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face. Going to the post office is not a hassle when she's working. It's unfortunate that people leave negative reviews because the employees are not allowed to supply customers with tape. Bring your own.”

99 North Medina Street, Loretto MN 55357
“June 2026 The full time woman who works in the building is absolutely fantastic. I'm in and out of there in a minute. She has great positive energy. Can't praise her enough.”

“Best post office in a 10 mile radius! I especially love the cute Asian lady, she is THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST. She can help you figure out anything! Got a package out so fast I was shocked. Plus she’s hilarious. Everyone there is great.”

-
229 Minnetonka Avenue South, Wayzata MN 55391
“My favorite USPS location. Easy in, easy out, and great tunes if you have to wait. Thank you for providing a great “small town” environment and level of customer service.”
-
2095 Daniels St, Long Lake MN 55356
“Ryan went out of his way to personally find a package that was delivered to the wrong address ( mistakes happen) I certainly didn't expect him to personally go check mailboxes near the scanned location then hand deliver it back to me at my job- GREAT customer service. 5 stars!”

545 2nd St, Excelsior MN 55331
“Not the closest post office location to me but worth the drive. The longer weekday and weekend hours make errands so much easier, parking is always available, and the space is clean and well run. They consistently have enough staff working so I never had a long wait here.”
-
7730 Laredo Dr, Chanhassen MN 55317
“This location can get quite busy; and yet I've always experienced helpful customer service, even if it means I need to wait for my turn. Contrary to another review, I do not find this location to be dirty or unorganized. Thank you, Postal Workers, for how tirelessly you work to deliver mail and provide us with the best service you can. I'm sorry for those who are thankless complainers!”

3300 Plymouth Boulevard, Minneapolis MN 55447
“My Name is NOT Steve. I am Linda and I think the service here is very good. Yes I have had to wait in line, but not long. Clerks have been knowledgeable and efficient and sometimes when not busy, even quite friendly. But then I am old, CIS gender, and white.”
