If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Rochester Camping World was absolutely awful. My husband and I were looking to sell our Airstream travel trailer in March of this year and camping world offered us a good buyout price to purchase it. Upon inspection, hail damage was found so we began the process of opening a claim and planned to have the repair completed at their location. First they told us the repair could not be completed at their location because they didn’t have a collision center so they would need to send it to an Airstream dealer in another state. A few weeks later no progress had been made and we find out they decided that it could be done at their location so it stayed put and the repair was to begin as soon as possible. It took them months to figure out which parts they even needed to order, then we obviously had to wait for parts to arrive since there are major shipping delays. When the parts finally arrived, we found out that they had either ordered incorrect parts or they didn’t order everything they needed so we had to wait a few more weeks. Fast forward 7 months to October and we are still making payments on this camper and haven’t seen it or used it since March. We regularly had to contact camping world to request updates because they never called us with information. If they didn’t answer and we left voicemails, our calls wouldn’t be returned until we followed up again. We decided to pull the plug on the repair to take it somewhere else. At that point camping world informed us that we needed to pay for the incorrect parts costing us $3000 worth of parts that we won’t even be able to use for a repair we still need to get done.Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating situation.I would never recommend that anyone visit this location for a new camper or to service an existing one. The whole process felt fraudulent. I now know that they would not have been able to even complete the repair on our Airstream properly.Camping world is strongly lacking in their communication, professionalism, ability, honesty, and integrity.Save yourself the months of stress and go somewhere else.

Went there with issues on my furnace for my ice house and had intermittent issues which is most likely the control board but wanted it fixed for the upcoming ice fishing season. They called me and said everything was working fine, so I go to pick it up and the bill was over $700!!!? The bearing clean and repack and seal was 370 dollars so I have to pay you another 300 dollars to turn on my furnace and tell me it’s working fine? Explain to me how that works? Actually never mind, you don’t need to explain it because I will never be back there to let you work on anything of mine, you rip people off by saying it’s the cost of diagnostics? What a joke.

******BUYERS BEWARE****** If there were the option of a zero rating, I would give them 20 of those for every awful experience I have had dealing with this Camping World. I thought my first experience working with the Camping World in Monticello, Minnesota was bad but my experience with the Oronoco, Minnesota location has them beat hands-down!I honestly do not have the time to detail everything that has happened in our interactions with this Camping World. I would just simply suggest that nobody even step foot in the door of this business! Unless you want to be dealing with them for months on end to get a problem solved, you just might want to head on down the road to Hilltop to do your business. But if you do decide to purchase anything from them, remember that you were warned!!!

We were quoted a price for diagnostics and battery change and were told about the cost for labor for the battery and we agreed. We also agreed to have the bearings packed when we were told the price for that. But we also needed 2 new breaks and were told that price over the phone. When we arrived to pick our camper up, there were 500.00 in additional charges that we were not told about! This place has no ethics and cares nothing for its customers. We will never be back and will now go to Hilltop for our service needs. They have always treated us well and never unveiled hidden costs! Now it’s a week later and we had trouble with the battery and power converter that Camping world did the diagnostics on. They didn’t do a damn thing to help us. Also, had problems with the bearings they packed. Wheels started squealing and we found that one of the hub caps was missing and the bearing dust cap was loose! Luckily we found someone who knew what they were doing to fix the problems that Camping World caused! They are terrible there and cost us additional money. The customer service is also extremely poor. They should have to pay for the shoddy maintenance! Never again!

The person who we finally got to help us was distracted and really didn't want to spend time to answer our questions. We always had excellent service at the old location especially when buying a 5th-wheel from you.

Jay our salesman was AWESOME! He was friendly and patient while we went back and forth from camper to camper. He was never pushy. After we purchased a new Heartland Pioneer my wife gave him a hug! Financing was a breeze and they worked with us to get the rates and terms we wanted. There were accessories that do not come with a new camper and the inside sales rep was great at explaining the pro's and con's of different options and never once pushed us to get the most expensive option except the surge protector. The walk through was overwhelming, but that is because I knew nothing about what I was buying, but by the end (1 hour) I felt comfortable and confident with the basics. We had a wonderful camper buying experience!

My husband and I were beyond impressed with the sales and finance team at Camping World of Oronoco! They were fantastic and gave us a great price on a new fifth wheel. I was also very impressed with their finance team for working diligently to find the best bank with a great interest rate! We will always recommend them when friends ask where to go!

Matt was a great help. He found me what I was looking for. They seem very honest. But I have had 2 other dealers that really took advantage of my ignorance. I was a new camper when I started. I am looking forward to picking up my new-to-me camper this week.

Went in to buy supplies and accessories. Walked by a dozen employees. No greetings, no eye contact, just walked on by. There were several people upset their camper wasn't ready, missing a bed, wasn't set up correctly etc. Couldnt get anyone to acknowledge me to check out and everyone seemed to busy to help. Put my stuff back. Drove next door and every person in the building said hi and asked how I was doing.

Logan went above and beyond to help me select a unit that would work for me. He was patient with the many questions I had. Logan gave me time and space to think and process. I appreciate the style and approach Logan provided.
