Absolutely the best manager I’ve ever talked to was working at 9PM ish on 5/29/25, the girl I talked to before she handed him the phone was very friendly . I would 1,000000/10 recommend this store . Breakfast foods are amazing

Inform your employees if they need to use the phone, to not do it at the register.
Other than the random no one at the register for minutes, its generally pretty good.

An employee was doing drugs in the men's bathroom. He was the food service guy. I walked into the bathroom and he had paraphernalia spread out on the baby changing table (didn't even lock the door). He walked out and apologized and said it was going to smell like weed in there. An older lady employee was back in that area when I came in. She apologized and said it was hard to find good workers. I had my kids with me. It is totally unacceptable and unsafe. The older lady (dark hair) and younger lady (long blonde hair) were unwilling to do anything about it. Casey's needs to clean house on their staff at that place.

I visit this Caseys very frequently and have gotten to know some of the employees. I just want to say a huge shoutout to Corey and his pizza it is very delicious everytime. He also is great at conversation and very friendly! Marilyn is also a very sweet and kind lady and is always so helpful! Kristi is by far the best Caseys cashier there is! She is so sweet and friendly to all her customers. Ive noticed when I come in she drops everything to come help me if I need it! Unfortunately I do have one complaint about a worker. I believe her name is Nicole, and every time I come in, and she is working, she is very rude to her customers and coworkers. One time I had to wait 5 minutes at the register for her to come ring me up. Ive also heard her yelling at her coworkers even when she has customers in the store. Overall though this store has a great environment with good people.

Is all town gas station with a very rude cashier. Older lady with short hair cut and red hairish dyed hair with no name tag. Very rude to small children who were very excited about being in the area to camp. I think she was overwhelmed as the line formed but she loudly shushed my children in a very rude way. Which honestly made me sad. I think she would be best not in direct interaction with children and I will be contacting cooperate about this

So the atmosphere is a lot more upbeat and looks happier than other places and the food was delicious. There was a cashier named Nick though who was very incredibly rude. We work night shift and came in tired. He asked if we needed anything else and we accidentally responded too quietly for his liking going “no thank you” because he rudely went “I’ll take that as a NO then” and my partner stated how we work the night shift and we’re still groggy and it’s our morning . He decided to put my partner down and go”sure, thaaats the excuse. “making my partner flustered at his rudeness. We rushed out to end the transaction asap. We hope someone does something about him like sit him down and explain his customer service is terrible. I honestly don’t want to go back there anymore after that.

Signs on highway say 24 hours they are not was there at 11:03pm they close at 11 apparently. Perhaps you should take the advertisement signs down or at least change
