Todd is a great salesman, very responsive to text message questions and knowledgeable. Rick got all the paperwork done before I arrived for pickup and was very helpful with getting the trailer hooked up to my van. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful! Highly recommend this dealership!

Thor was amazing! He sent us an awesome video of the camper that we were thinking about purchasing and remembered all of our names along with our dogs that he never met. Aaron was amazing Salesman. We worked with him a little over a month and he added everything we needed. He was so fast and so attentive. They gave me an estimate on trade-in which I understand. It is an estimate. When we got there, general manager, not sure his name went through our trade-in. Extremely rude!! We about walked out. He threw a fit in front of all the customers as to how bad our camper was and the things wrong with it. Which mind you I did my research and understand they need to make a profit too We were only $1000 off to meet in the middle. He still proceeded to be extremely rude in front of everyone and I just kept saying you’re doing this all over $1000 when we’re spending $112,000 here. Finally, we came to a compromise or I just gave in. We met at the price that I had offered to try and calm things down, but the stipulation was anything that’s wrong with the new camper. They will not fix.” The little things” Per the general manager, “I just need to not be picking”. I just gave in as we drove 5 1/2 hours to get the new camper with our other camper and just had enough. Also, the bank had already transferred all of my payment for the new camper. The three stars go to Aaron the salesman and Steve, the gentleman who walked through the camper with us. I can’t thank them enough because they really are the ones who saved the sale. My husband and I were ready to walk out. If you can avoid the general manager do so at all cost!!

We took our camper in at the beginning of the season to get a few things fixed. We did have a few communication issues with the initial visit, but then the GM Derick worked with us and gave us great service ensuring that everything we needed was taken care of. He kept us in the know about where they were at and even sent us videos explaining some of the issues. We really appreciated working with him and getting our camper ready to use this Summer. Thank you!

We have had an awesome experience purchasing our new Alliance Delta travel trailer through Hilltop RV in Oronoco. From our excellent salesperson Thor, to Rick from financing and Steve who took us through our walk around, everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No hard sell tactics or additional add on fees either like some of the bigger RV sales. We would definitely recommend working with them!!

Had some service done at the Rochester store. What great experience!!! Lined up the appointment with Connie and she Connected me with Jeff in the service department. Wow… we felt welcome as soon as we got there. I explained to Jeff the issues we we’re having, he got it back the Techs and let them do there job. They did a propane regulator recall and fixed a a couple other issues. Our bill was very reasonable!!! And everything works as it is supposed to. Now…. Keep this in mind we didn’t not buy our North Point 377rlbh from them. But , I’ll tell you this because of the great experience today when we down size to a little shorter camper, we decided Hilltop R V is the first place we will go!!!! Thanks again to the great crew!!
