We have been customers for over 15 years and outages have always been dealt with promptly. Recently needed to get some older bills than I could see on my online account and Kayla had them emailed to me within 5 minutes of the request.

Decent service but their rates are ridiculous. Gone up the last two years. Real cooperative right?

Came by at 12:00 last night to fix a fault in the wiring from the street to my house. Spent 4 hours, great service, the linemen were very knowledgeable and explained what happened (25 year old cable likely cut by rock movement in the soil).
