Lost the title to our cars twice. Then waited over a year to let us know it was lost. Of course we had to pay twice and they offered a gift voucher which doesn't fix it the fact that they waited over a year to let us know. Failed to update contact information on our account so they actually called my wife's mother to confirm details about OUR account. When brought up to the president how much of a security issue this was as the number being called could've been anyone did not like that I was upset at the failure to maintain property security for A BANK and wanted answers. Just kept saying it was a mix up. Like no bud a mix up is getting my order wrong at fast food not confirming contact information for someone's bank account info. I work in IT with big businesses and security is #1 which I assumed would be a thing for a bank. Just not this one I guess.

I applied for a loan, was denied, then Ryan slowly lost contact. I left him a voicemail 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard. Circumstances have changed and can get that loan, but Ryan a loan officer won’t respond or return my calls. He acts like he’s on the phone or gone every time I call. Hey bud, if you can’t deal with all customers you shouldn’t be dealing with any. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.
