Incredibly kind people and they have great hospitality if you’re waiting for a repair in store! I went in and described what was happening with my in ears and they were knowledgeable and efficient in getting my in ears working just as good as new!

I can't speak to the customer service, as I haven't needed it, but I am very impressed with the product. Spire 6 blows my old ultimate ears out of the water as far as fit, comfort, sound quality, and isolation.

Spoke to the woman owner, instead of taking responsibility for repair delays she justifies poor service.
From the front end they did not read my instructions of the repairs needed, I called them a second time (2 weeks later) and they said it will all be done and will be shipped that day, over a week goes by and nothing was shipped and no emails sent, I called today and still the request of the repair form was ignored. She then try to tell me about a repair I did not request, she tried to justify with “we are human”. I said great I am human too but she needs to accept responsibility for the incorrect info on their automated emails, customer service who in the last 3/4 weeks gave incorrect expectations and today she tries to defend a faulty repair process from start to end.
When I asked if I can be compensated for all the delays and literally being forgotten until I called in every step of the process …. She responds with “you want me to gather the monies that each employee has in their pocket?” I said sure if thats how you treat your employees.
I explained to her, I work with hearing instruments (custom molds) manufacturers and so I clearly understand the work flow but this is a leadership issue, training needs and her accepting responsibility when she has clearly dropped the ball.
What makes great companies is when they accept responsibility, be empathetic and the customer (most of the time) will settle down and accept a reasonable solution. But here she is unprofessional and justifies poor service.

DELAYS & THREW AWAY my molds$$$!!!
Recently had my custom IEMs serviced and very disappointed with the lack of service! Took over a month to reshape them after being told they were nearly done after 2 weeks! Was told they were shipped at one point, checked the tracking and they were still at their shop! Not only that, I paid over 1k for the whole process including my molds which THEY THREW AWAY WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! So now I have to pay an audiologist for new molds!!! As a working musician multiple delays are unacceptable. For the price of their products, and their service I would NOT recommend them. I should have stayed with 64 Audio! Praying they do better in the future. Working musicians BEWARE!!!

I’m shocked at the level of customer service this company has provided me over the 4 years I’ve had my custom IEMs. I absolutely love my custom IEMs and I use them heavily, so sometimes they need servicing. Art and the team at Alclair have gone above and beyond to help me out. If you’re going to invest in custom IEMs, you want to feel confident knowing that you’re going to be in good hands through the years maintaining your investment. I cannot recommended Alclair enough to my friends and any musicians looking for quality custom IEMs at honest prices with excellent customer service. My in ears are working good as new, thank you so much!!😊

Amazing customer service!!
I bought the Rev-X 10 driver in ears from Alclair for playing drums in my church worship and absolutely loved the sound quality, but I needed the fit adjusted slightly. This is not to fault Alclair, as my molds might have been slightly off. But Alclair did amazing to assist me in sending back the in ears, getting them re adjusted to size at no cost, and sending them back to me. Art Diaz from Alclair customer service was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. I love the fit, feel, and sound of my new Alclair in ears.

Absolutely love Alclair. It is NOT just that their product is top-shelf...it is their customer support. Yes, I did have a minor issue with my most recent set of IEMs. that happens. I stopped in their shop in MN and they fixed the issue while I waited. During my wait, they gave me a tour of the facility, showed me each step in the process and treated me like a valued customer. They have a customer (and fan) for life!

Great for hearing protection, kind of "meh" for live mixing. The models advertised for hearing protection were said to be relatively flat on the frequency response scale. I noticed, however, that some definition was taken away when I put them in. They reduce a little more 4-6khz, Which is great for hearing protection! But I'm mixing for an audience, and 4-6khz are the ear piercing frequencies that sound engineers have to watch out for. So if it sounds good to me with them in, there's a likely chance that my mix may be to bright! These don't quite live up to my expectations. They do fit very comfortably though.

Such a great company! I went in to try before buying, and everyone was super nice. Got free impressions done, and tried every pair I was interested in. That verified that I wanted the Electro's. They told me the current wait was 3 weeks, and I got my set exactly 3 weeks later. They sound amazing!

After many years of looking around at pretty much all CIEM companies (Alclair, CTM, UE, 64Audio, Limeears, JHAudio, ect ect) I finally decided to pull the pin and I must be honest, the price is what attracted me to Alclair. The Process was simple. I ordered and paid for them on the 24/06/2022 and received them on the 24/08/2022. Now not only the price is brilliant but the service is outstanding with ongoing communications and the product is superb (can't say the same about 64Audio, UE and JH)Thank you to all of the Alclair family. I am beyond happy!

****** Six Stars These ALCLAIR RSM IEMs are the bomb! When you listen to a known source using a high end device you can expect to hear things. I've had custom fit single driver IEMs from another manufacturer for years, and they're good. I've got high end Shure SRH1540 closed back headphones, killer sound. The Alclair RSM IEMs BLOW THEM AWAY! They're so good that I can hear EVERYTHING the vocal mic, (Shure KSM9), has to offer, good and bad, exactly. These IEMs put the studio feel in your monitoring, while playing live. I'm a sound engineer and a vocalist. I know the difference, but you don't have to have skill, training or experience to immediately HEAR the difference, you only need the money. Yes, they're expensive, no you can't borrow them, they're custom fit. About custom fit ear monitors: Try good universal fit IEMs. Make a chewing motion simulating singing. If your ears tend to push them OUT of your ears, you may need custom fit monitors. My ear canals are small, only custom fit devices work for me. Whether you need or want custom fit monitors, they are a step in the professional direction, and make a huge difference. Back to Alclair. They're going to take care of you. No hype, no up sell, just accurate reliable information online, and clearly stated pricing. This is not Amazon, you can't have them tommorow. They WILL send you an e-mail and give you a reasonable expected delivery date, (mine came a couple days early). If you've gotten this far in your research, these ARE for you. I spent a lot of time researching as many IEM companies as I could find, at any price, and Alclair has the best product, at the best price.

These people are the best and they make incredible in ears. I used my monitors hard sweating and jumping around for 6 years and they were still great.Also friendliest and most helpful customer service you could ask for.
