“Always rent from Osseo Avis. We have been coming here consistently for the past 8 years. Dante is the man when it comes to renting cars. He is very friendly and accommodating. This location is one of the best in the whole country! I would 100% recommend renting from here. Always been a great experience and Dante is a big reason why! 10/10, would recommend.”

“I had rented a car at Budget at the airport and found that a tire had a slow leak. So, I found this location close to where I was staying to see what could be done as I was in the area for a funeral and needed it fixed right away. The owner was there and was very proactive in finding a solution. He was focused and getting me back on the road and did not give me any grief about the situation. Unfortunately, he had not vehicles of the same size so I resigned myself to taking a smaller one. I went across the street to fill up the gas tank and when I got back someone had just turned in a rented vehicle that was large enough for my needs. He was very plain that it had just been turned in and so had not been washed and cleaned but he could do that right away if I could wait. This is what good services is all about. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a rental vehicle and wanting to be treated right and honestly.”

“Thank you Amy Bakko from Riverdale Travels for our second successful cruise! Again, we chose Princess for the fall New England/Canada 7 day cruise. I don’t know how Amy did it, but we had amazing weather AND a full moon! We love planning our cruises with Amy. She pays close attention to every detail and makes sure we go over our itinerary with us to make sure it’s what we want. We’ll be back very soon to plan our next cruise, with Amy of course.”

“I just picked up a rental early because AJ was so accommodating. When AJ called to confirm my rental reservation I asked if I could get a rental one day ahead of time. He found me one, got it washed and ensured I knew it was ready to go. He was very friendly and thorough when we picked it up. The location is convenient for west metro. I will be renting from them again!”

“The team at Enterprise Plymouth, MN was fantastic, and Tia was absolutely incredible! Tia went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even switched me from a minivan to a Nissan Rogue, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference for me! The best part? She remembered me when I returned a week later! That level of customer service is rare these days. The rest of the team was wonderful too, striking up conversations and making me feel genuinely welcome. This was hands-down the best rental car experience I've ever had. Thank you, Tia, and the Plymouth team for such an outstanding experience. I won't rent anywhere else if I have a choice!”

“My initial experience with a different location started terribly, but these guys saved the day. I will definitely go back to this location only. They were helpful and quick, despite me getting there at what seemed to be a rush. I also witnessed another staff member who was helping a customer who was frustrated and he was calm, kind and considerate with her. The staff at this location is the key. They should be training other locations.”

“The original quote we were given was several hundred dollars less than what we actually paid for. we didn’t ask for a luxury 3 row suv, a normal 3 row suv within our original reservation and quote would’ve been appreciated. As nice as the car was, (and it was very nice!), we didn’t appreciate the unexpected change in the budget. However the check in and check out process went well and smoothly. The employees were very friendly and professional too.”

“I am switching out of the membership for employer benefits from another service agency, but my experience with zipcar has been absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic, and agents are extremely flexible and kind about the changes and emergency accommodations customers need to make. I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs. It's really convenient and perfect for those who have occasional need for driving and road trip. Thanks especially to the Zipcar Minneapolis Team for their fantastic support and great heart!”

“My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!”

“The staff knew what they were doing. The process is a little long to rent a vehicle, but got through it.And then tried to change the day, and I was able to do it without getting charged a ridiculous amounts. So if you need to rent a car and to go see a different state, this is the place”
