I can't believe I didn't think to during any of the 4 times I was there. He was so helpful, friendly, and kind. He always greeted me with a warm smile, and seemed genuinely happy to help. He was also there working every single time. I joked, "what, do you work 7 days a week?!" To which he replied he actually did, bc no one wants to work weekends. Knowing that fact makes his kind and welcoming attitude mean that much more now. That man deserves a raise for sure!! And if you're this dude and you're reading this, I'm sorry I never thought to ask your name. Also, just in case I didn't say so at the time but THANK YOU for all your time and assistance throughout this process.RENTAL & RETURN PROCESS:• Quick & Easy Online/ App Reservation• Smooth & Speedy Pickup & Return Process• Accommodating of My Needed ExtensionsI reserved a car online, which directed me to the Avis app. I reserved it about an hour before my scheduled pickup time. It was fast and easy. The hardest part was asking a friend to interrupt their work day to run me over there to pickup the vehicle. (I was renting bc my 2015 Toyota Sienna had a "catastrophic engine failure" at only 104,999 miles. It seized up and was not due to poor maintenance.) When I arrived at Avis, they were quick to greet me and get me in a vehicle. I was informed however that they didn't have any in the cheaper level I had rented at the moment. So he said he'd be giving me a free upgrade and asked me if I would prefer the next level up (I don't remember the kind) or he said I have a ton of minivans (yet another step up). I chose the minivan since that's what I'm used to driving.I had to extend the rental a couple times. The gentleman mentioned above was working reach time I stopped in to inquire. He was happy to accommodate. He also was able to shift my rental to a month long rate once it became apparent I was going to need the rental for much longer than anticipated.VEHICLE:2023 Chrysler Pacifica. It was much newer and nicer than my car, and had all the bells-and-whistle features I have, if I could buy a new car. I loved the car. Tank was full, car was clean.✔️ Heated seats✔️ Heated steering wheel✔️ Remote start✔️ Lane departure assist✔️ Cruise control w/ auto-adjusting speed based on distance from the vehicle ahead of you (I don't know the official name of this option but it was great.)✔️ Optional auto-engine off at stops✔️ Other safety features I don't recall atmI was sad to return it today bc it was so nice. When I told them how much I loved the vehicle, I was informed there's an option to purchase your rental. I don't know the details bc a car purchase isn't in my budget.”

“I am switching out of the membership for employer benefits from another service agency, but my experience with zipcar has been absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic, and agents are extremely flexible and kind about the changes and emergency accommodations customers need to make. I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs.
