We were able to do a walk in and both technicians did wonderful! My daughter got a full set while I got a pedicure. It was clean and very friendly staff. Will visit here again.

Kathy Nguyen did an amazing job on my acrylic set and design. I have been loyal to another Maple Grove salon for about three years but I am permanently switching to Hot Nails with Kathy! The salon was not at all crowded - all customers seemed very happy. My expectations were wildly exceeded!
Requested style: I came with a picture and Kathy actually improved upon the design :-)

My favorite nail tech’s new home and they're wonderful! Appreciate you Kathleen(both of you)! I normally get my nails done here and our bridal group for my sister’s wedding came here and everybody loved their work. Two weeks later and no chipped or broken nails. They also gave the bride a free lotion and it was a huge bottle and it smells amazing and the lotion is wonderful. Will buy it ?

Yes! Finally a place I will be back to! Service was really nice. Kathleen did an awesome job, went out her way to feed me a small snack. I missed breakfast pregnant and when she learned that she offered food/water, made sure I was okay and comfortable. Helped me put my sandles back on. I really appreciate that gesture and kindness, an added plus my nails and toes on point!!! I got a layover on my natural nails and pedicure.

I have had pedicures here twice and both times I was very happy with the experience. Kathleen greeted me warmly and both Hannah and Kevin did fantastic work on my pedicures. The shop is clean and there is a lot of space in between clients. There is a huge selection of polish to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and I was made to be very comfortable both times I visited. I will definitely be back again and would recommend Hot Nails.

Followed my tech from BP. She never disappoints. Kathleen can take your colors n words n create art on your hands. Very rarely do I have a broken nail!!! And, SHE STICKS TO MY APPOINTMENT TIME (even squeezes me in). She the best!!!
