A week ago a former employee of mine took upon themselves while ownership was away at a memorial to book freight with King Solutions and give to a different company (not giving it to B and W truck ) and of course without King Solutions brokers knowledge neither . Luckily for King Solutions , they have Jake Hanson as an employee who was able to calmly collect info when the other driver contacted him for payment . When I (owner of BandW) arrived I was notified by my factoring company that we have a serious report . Employee “D” was terminated right away due to his unauthorized use of our mc to double broker . The incident resulted in B and W receiving a Freight Guard report for re brokering freight . A report that surely closes the carriers doors it’s attached to . Over 10 years of clean and honest trucking and we get a report due to a crook. But after speaking with Jake Hanson who evaluated the whole situation, we were lucky this young man was able to extend us another chance and DELETED the report. Jake basically saved our carrier from closing down. We encourage him to look into our mc later on so he can see his decision was the correct one. Thank you Jake Hanson. You are what the trucking industry needs . God bless !

Our facility used King Quite often. 90% of the time the King drivers who show up are nice and amazing folks to work with. But the other times we get one driver which sometimes ask for odd request and is always upset.
We don't wont to incriminate him but every time he shows up he always upset. Most times he don't sign documents and just leaves with trailer.
We understand people get upset but he's always upset. He could just not take the run but he still show up every now and then still.

Very cool people in shipping office,got a door to be unloaded right away.Good sized docks, not difficult to back in at all.Would definitely come back ??

It’s rare that I give 5 stars, but man this place was great. My appointment time wasn’t until 17:30PM & they took me in @7:00AM! Took about 30 minutes to unload me, and the guy upfront was real nice.

Great place to pickup at. Had to have been set-up by drivers for drivers. Simple easy straightforward with restrooms and a buffet snack bar lol

Great place to pick up or delivery, easy to find location, plenty space to maneuver, but the best of all was the service, the shipping and receiving department was impeccable. A lot of respect and proffesionalism , (Very hard to find on these days)
