I appreciate that this shop was able to get my car in, but unfortunately the quality and follow-through fell short. My dealership later confirmed that some of the new parts were reinstalled incorrectly. They painted over a spot where a taillight clip should have been and didn’t replace the clip - I could literally remove my taillight by hand. I was also told the rear cross traffic monitoring and blind spot monitoring systems had been tested and were working, but as soon as I got into my car the warning lights came back on and the features weren’t functioning. When I let them know about this, they told me to take it somewhere else rather than resolving it.
On top of that, there was no walkthrough of the work that was done, so it makes sense that I had to discover these mistakes on my own. Unfortunately, I’ll now have to spend more money to get their errors corrected.

Very impressed! Quite possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had. Gary and the boys at Maaco are great to work with, extremely fair, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll happily use them again in the future if their services are ever needed. I stopped in to have a couple small scratches buffed out if possible. One was pretty deep, so while trying to buff it out, they took a little extra paint off, which happens. They owned up to it, and offered to respray that area of the door at cost. It turned out great, and they even detailed the outside and inside of my vehicle, which was a nice surprise. Very happy with the service, and the outcome of the situation. Hope you are reading this Gary! Thanks again!

This shop takes care of you no matter what! I had an initially rough experience here with the previous manager that handled my job in a way that was not acceptable. However, the new manager Adam and his crew are FANTASTIC.
Adam personally made sure the previous manager’s mistakes were made right and they did an AWESOME job with my prized Tacoma. Great shop, even greater work ethic. 10/10

I showed up without having an appointment here after an appointment at another body shop down the road. Gary was very quick and gracious in getting me a quote, even pulling in the body shop guy to give me some options on how to make it the most cost efficient. They got me in quickly, had clear communication throughout, and had me out within a week with my car looking new again. Appreciated everything about working with these guys.

I recently had paint work done on my 1999 Honda Civic, and couldn't be happier with the results! Previously, great work. This time...very disappointed. Work quality not good. Car not washed. Guy who inspected my car was not proficient. I wont be back, and I will not recommend. Replaced window regulstor and left brackets and screws inside door. I had to have that removed. Paint quality was not their best work. Poor I section. Poor quality.

Wow, they did an amazing job! And guess what? I was supposed to pick up my car on Friday, but they even finished it by Thursday! The only thing I’ll say is that things have changed since then. Back in the day, I used to get my car painted about 10 or 15 years ago. And let me tell you, it was way cheaper back then! But hey, regardless, they did a fantastic job. I was actually thinking of getting a fade because that used to be my signature. But for the price, I could only get it painted one color. No biggie, though. Highly recommend them! I’ve been going to these guys for over 25 years, and they’re simply the best! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I brought my Lexus in and received a estimate for repairs and there was miscommunication with management about that estimate. When i came to pick the car up there were some minor touch ups needed and there was some issues about weather they would fix it. At the end I must say the assistant manager Gary and General Manager Adam really did what managers are supposed to do in these situations and correct the issues and now I’m totally satisfied and glad I came here for the service.

I've taken our vehicles here on a few different occasions, most recently our truck for a mirror repair. It was repaired quickly and the job was done professionally and for a fair price. These guys are detail oriented and customer focused. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicles here. They are great.

Don’t go here. They missed a chipped spot on my fender in the quote which was clearly part of the accident and in the same vicinity as the area that needed repair. The guy told me at the initial pick up that they probably missed it because it’s winter and cars are dirty and I told him I went to the car wash before coming to get the quote smh.
I had to drop my car off twice—very inconvenient, they also made me pay for the clear film protectant TWICE because they had to remove it to fix the spot they missed in the first place (which it was their mistake so they should’ve taken the hit for it)—way to keep the customer happy. They gave me 20% discount off the second job—I would have been happier if they didn’t make me pay for the clear film protectant TWICE. There’s a lack of ethics there. For that reason, I will never go back to them. Also for their lack of attention to detail, I will never go back.
They had a few chances to catch the chipped area, from the initial quote, from removing the bumper and reattaching the bumper, someone should have caught it.
And lastly, clearly no one did a final
walkthrough to check the finished work before calling me. Surely had they done a final walkthrough, they would’ve caught it in my opinion. Lack of work ethics and poor customer service here, lack of attention to detail. Do your research and go elsewhere.

They fixed the issue and even made a house call on a Friday!
Super friendly staff. I got my car back after fixing front end damage and two days later the car wouldn’t start. Being the weekend before Christmas, there were not many options to get it fixed before going out of town. The manager was willing to come to my house to switch out the battery so I could spend Christmas with my family. These folks are the real MVPs!
