Minnesota Select Volleyball Center, located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, serves as a Junior Olympic Volleyball Club that offers training and playing opportunities for youth and adults. The facility features good lighting, bathrooms, and vending machines, making it comfortable for athletes and spectators. However, parking remains a significant challenge, with the front lot often full during games and tournaments, requiring attendees to use street parking or the back lot. The center hosts various activities, including club teams for boys and girls ages 10-18, camps, private lessons, and adult open gyms. Open gym sessions are generally enjoyable, providing a chance for players to meet new people and improve their skills. However, some visitors have reported negative experiences, particularly with unfriendly players in niche games that detracted from the welcoming atmosphere. Despite the parking and seating limitations, many reviewers appreciate the well-run tournaments and the ability to watch live games online. The concession stand offers necessary snacks, although seating is limited, often forcing spectators to stand. Friendly staff and volunteers contribute positively to the overall experience. While there are areas for improvement, many still recommend Minnesota Select Volleyball Center for its facilities and community spirit.
The games are pretty good, but you wait a lot longer than you play. You'll want to bring a full group to play. If your group is good enough you can play on the king of the court side and get a lot of games in.

Nice facility. Concessions were fairly priced and had a wide selection. Restrooms and bleachers were clean. Friendly staff. Not overly big which was nice. 8 courts were plenty for the event. Looking forward to attending more tournaments in the future. Refs did a good job. Parents were behaved.
