Saw the car on Carfax, said it had a clean title and everything. I tried double-checking and searched for some information on the vehicle; it had numerous complaints about it. When I called to discuss the car with the salesperson, they became defensive and rude, refusing to answer any questions. Just decided to go to a safer place with better customer service.

I got the car for a good price, but however recently found out the radiator was tied on with a zip tie and The fuzes were both out, the trunk button doesn’t work. We also found out the seat has an error code, it came on less than a day after we left. Very disappointing with how dishonest and trustful this dealership is.

genuinely had a negative experience. The office salesperson was not even keen to show me the vehicle. It’s just a regular dealer that has 10 year old cars, nothing special. When I went to the dealership, i didn’t felt welcomed but had to start the conversation.
I looked at a couple automobiles, but they were lacking in detail and polish. I didn't even want to question why or what the cars were like because, based on the representative's demeanor and level of interest in the customer, you really don't want to deal with them. This is not the place to go if you want to have a meaningful chat with the representative and learn more about a particular car.
Added my reply for owner here, since I can’t even reply them: why don’t you just accept that you lack customer service, if you don’t want to chase customer and find out what they need. If you don’t have any to chase and talk to customers then just add videos on online and close down the store. At least show some effort.

My daughter purchased a vehicle form this place in November and after 3 days the check engine light came on so we brought it back to them to see what they could do about it and they said was o2 sencer and would cost her 300 dollars to Replace it .then they turned off the check engine light and it came back on in 3 hours .so we brought it to our repair shop and they said o2 sencer has never been repaired but car facts said was repaired a year ago. So car facts are not right at all .then a month later the vehicle has had nothing but problems and stalling out when trying to drive it we have had to put 2,000 dollars into it to try to get running right and still doesn't. So she wrote a review about this place and the owner reposted she wasn't in the system of buy it from them and must be wrong place .well we called to ask why he did this and said he doesn't have to talk to us because we gave him a 1 star well were only trying to ask what he could do about the vehicle and hung up on us.well this is why I would say don't buy from this place they sell auction cars for way more then even worth.was hoping owner would work with us and just doesn't even respect his customers.lemon law says we could return before 7 days and would have .beware of buying from here

I bought a car there less than 6 months ago… within the first 3 days of having the car the check engine light came on , brought it to them they did nothing besides turn the check engine light off and told me it would cost money to fix after just buying the vehicle! So I’m guessing they turned the check engine light off before people (me) checked the car out. Then they told me it was the O2 sensors that needed to be fix on the car , yet on the carfax the O2 sensors were fixed a year prior. Felt so uncomfortable I took my car to my personal mechanic to fix it. Than my personal mechanic told me my 02 sensors were original to the car , never have been replaced ever. So the Carfax they gave me was incorrect… have spent over $1,500 in fixing and it’s not even done yet, and have early signs of my transmission going out.Very very disappointed. Haven’t even had it for 6 months…

My daughter purchased her first car from Lenny last week during her spring break. She loves the car and had such a good experience with this dealership. She went to several dealerships, and this one impressed her with how much they were willing to work with her schedule so she could get an inspection before buying it. I will definitely check here when we need our next car.

A few weeks ago I bought a low milage Mercedes from Prospect Autos. I am someone who likes to do my due diligence, and they were more than happy to let me test drive the car and take it for an inspection at my convenience.When I brought back the inspection report, they took the time to go through the report with me, explaining what each of the items listed were. Then, they drove the vehicle into their shop and fixed the issues on the car before I even stated that I would be buying the vehicle. This made a huge difference in making my decision.Then, when I did decide to purchase the car, they assured me that they would allow me first priority to it while I compiled the funds.Overall, I was extremely impressed by both their customer service and transparency, and I would highly recommend purchasing from them too.
