Scene Clean was referred to me by a close relative of mine & I can’t say enough good things about the company and the incredible people behind it. After the unexpected loss of my husband, I was left with a lot to handle in a short amount of time—including getting his car professionally cleaned. It wasn’t just any cleaning job; it carried a lot of emotional weight, and I was also dealing with financial challenges during the process.
From the very beginning, Owen (the operations manager) was so patient, kind, and understanding. He took the time to walk me through everything without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Nate (the owner) and his team were just as compassionate and professional. They treated me with dignity and care, going above and beyond to accommodate my situation without compromising the quality of their work. Their communication was top notch, top of the game! They never missed a beat when it came down to keeping me in the loop!
The work they did on my husband’s Buick was exceptional, but what truly stood out was their humanity. In a world where businesses often forget the person behind the request, Scene Clean reminded me there are still people who lead with heart.

I cannot thank Scene Clean enough for all their help during such a difficult time following my father's passing. They went above and beyond in navigating the insurance hurdles with me, and were incredibly flexible with scheduling and meeting in-person throughout the entire process, which was so appreciated during such an emotional period.
The crew that came out was exceptionally considerate, respectful, and thoughtful, especially when neighbors came over concerned about who was on the property. They handled everything with such professionalism, from moving furniture and cleaning out a fridge that had been sitting for a year, to managing some very dirty jobs in the home. Their hard work made an incredibly challenging time so much easier, and they truly helped make the process feel more comfortable while having to be present in the home alone. When you need to deal with any sort of cleanup or biohazard issue in Minnesota, you need to call Scene Clean no matter where you are located. Thank you, Nate and team!

Professional, quality service delivered by compassionate, wonderful humans! Nate not only solved several problems that occurred from the untimely passing of my sister, but was an immense resource with several other ancillary issues that presented themselves during the process. Scene Clean in December January robbed me clean and said they did not, My lawyer tried to help me. But they got away with it, they took many of my valuables and left my apartment unlivable in a big way, I paid them to help me clean up and not miss me up, I have so much more to say but it would take far too long. And if someone wants to know more call me.

Nate was absolutely amazing to deal with from the very beginning. We had an unexpected family incident and Nate worked with us through the entire process. He explained how the cleaning process would work and helped us navigate the insurance process as well. He was incredibly responsive and always answered our calls and emails. His entire team was respectful of the situation. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs these types of services!

After our stolen vehicle was found with drug paraphernalia in it, no auto detailing company would touch it. So we decided we needed a hazmat clean up company to guide us what to do next. Scene Clean explained the process, arranged for the car to be towed to their lot and scheduled a drug testing company to determine if the car was safe. Nate and the entire staff at Scene Clean were always professional, knowledgeable and returned every call. They went above and beyond, took control and diffused a dangerous situation. They even dealt with the insurance company streamlining payment.
5 stars, recommend them to anyone facing drug or other contamination clean up.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nate and his team at Scene Clean. Going through a family tragedy and not knowing what to expect or how to navigate the process Nate and his team came through big time! They were helpful in dealing with insurance and prompt clean up. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation our family found ourselves in you can trust that Nate and the Scene Clean team will give you respectful, timely, and knowledgeable service.

Helped us quickly through a difficult situation with cleanup of a suicide. So glad Scene Clean was able to help us when we didn't want to enter the house. They were very professional and would recommend to anyone in similar situation.

I can't even express how eternally grateful I am for Nate & his wonderful team at Scene Clean. They made this very traumatic & senseless experience for our family far less painful to deal with than it ever would've been without Nate & his team on our side. Nate's a retired Paramedic with multiple certifications, is extremely knowledgeable with tear gas/ trauma remediation and very up front and straight to the point with everything, keeping us fully in the loop the entire time. Not only that, Nate helped make all the various issues with our insurance work out in the end. I will ONLY recommend Scene Clean going forward to anyone ever needing tear gas/ trauma remediation. Thank you Nate & team at Scene Clean! We appreciate your attention to detail, compassion and serious amount of work that you all put in to get things done right with our home! We couldn't be more grateful.

SceneClean absolutely earned 5 stars with me. From the time I contacted them through the entire process, Nate and his team were not only professional but exemplary. Nate worked actively with me throughout the process, including customizing scope when insurance didn't come through. I got all my (many) questions answered. Nate is a great communicator and earned my trust from start to finish. While I wouldn't wish a situation hat requires biohazard cleanup on anyone, I confidently recommend SceneClean to anyone should the need arise.
