Ryan and Holden did an amazing job. They worked efficiently and even dusted off the screens. Ryan also pointed out some issues with water stains. These are due to sprinklers overspray.

Interior and exterior window cleaning, they didn't even clean every window. I'm not talking about the two windows with hard water spots. We called and said we weren't satisfied, and they were understanding and apologetic and sent out someone more experienced to try again. This is the reason my review isn't 1 star.
Not to mention, they over-charged us on the first visit, so they issued us a partial refund check.
Our windows were originally dirty, but not unreasonably so. It had been a couple years.
Even after the second attempt, there were still smudges on many windows. Like I said before, one window basically wasn't cleaned at all from the exterior.
I shouldn't have to watch window cleaners like a hawk to make sure the job is done right. I know this because we've had a single guy do all of them before, and he cleaned them perfectly.
The cleaning microfiber rod used on the second visit smelled like mildew.
