The lady working alone at the desk May 22nd at 10:40a was a real piece of work. I was there two days ago where the gentleman at the desk was very kind, helpful, and understanding. The lady today said they couldn’t help me tape something even though they offered last time and were able to help. The lady at the front made me feel absolutely humiliated in front of two other guests. I work in customer service myself and am more hands on with people than her and the disrespect that I experienced was beyond anything I’ve done to my guests. I wasn’t even being harsh and I was having a great day up until now. The disrespect from her was absolutely awful and I hope she finds a different job where she doesn’t have to pull this on guests. I left in the middle of her going on and on because I don’t deal with the disrespect of people. Awful experience and have never had this happen

My go-to post office for short lines, friendly, helpful & efficient staff, clean environment, and respectful customers who know how to use the post office and don't monopolize the staff's time. I drive to use this post office rather than my own city's.

Packages keep getting shipped to other states when they originate in MN when I live in the same state! What’s going on guys!? My packages keep getting delayed because of this post office!

Have always used MG to drop packages off, but used Osseo on a long weekend I had and couldn't go in the next business day... Magically the packages disappear (since they weren't scanned in nothing I can do). Never dropping anything off here again. Take the time to go to MG or Champlin.
