“Been coming to the self serve wash for the last 3 years now and its always been a good experience. The presoak actually works well compared to many places. Dont have to use the brush and scratch your paint to get your car clean. Only thing id say is bring a wheel brush cause the wheel cleaner doesnt get the dirt off the best but if you spray some on then scrub them itll turn out good. Also never had an issue drying inside the wash as long as nobodys behind you trying to get out.”

When I called to book an appointment, they were booked out about a month, so just something to keep in mind. “I've always liked this Kwik Trip, convenient to get in and out of, always has plenty of hot food, the bathrooms are always clean and the employees are quite friendly.And they have the best stocked sauces at the store.Other store managers need to take note of how well they do it here.”
“I purchased a wash package online and had a problem when I went to go redeem it at the store. The QR code wouldn't read. The first employee seemed to get it taken care of and I got my first wash, but when I went for my second wash the bar code they put on my windshield didn't work. The worker helped me and got got everything figured out. He was extremely helpful. I was told later when I registered my wife's vehicle that his name was Isaac. He has excellent customer service skills and deserves to be recognized for it. He didn't let me leave until he fixed my membership. If I have his name wrong, he was working on Saturday February 10th at around 11am out in the booth. He was the Latino man that helped the guy with the Toyota Venza. He'll remember my situation.”

“Best gas station ever!! I stopped here in an emergency when the splash guard on my car came loose and was dragging. I went into the store to see if there was anyway they could help me out with the situation and the employees were so quick to offer assistance. One employee(I did not catch his name and am kicking myself for not getting it) spent over half an hour with me in 6° weather helping to patch it up good enough for me to make it 30 minutes back home. As someone who also works customer service I can not thank him and the rest of the staff enough for going above and beyond for me in a tough situation. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves because there are very few people willing to do so, and companies willing to allow employees to help customer out like that. It is things like this that will always keep Kwik Trip my first choice of gas stations!!”
