They expect a one and a half year old to be able to use a "twisthaler" which if you don't know what that is, it's an inhaler that you need to suck the medicine out followed by rinsing your mouth out with water. They were already contacting the doctor about the dose that was prescribed but refused to talk to the doctor about an alternative, more user friendly inhaler for a toddler. As the last line of defense, it is part of your job to look out for these things. They were extremely rude when I called to file a complaint, and all they wanted was my money. Their staff constantly look miserable to be working and overall are just plain rude.

This CVS has the most unfriendly staff! They are rude and act like you are bothering them when you call or stop by.Often, there is a long line and when you get to the counter they are crabby. Also, the automated system is always hounding me to fill prescriptions. I have called to stop auto refill but it has not helped at all. I hate going to this CVS but it is the closest to my home.

Your automated system was hounding me to refill. I called the Pharmacy phone number and again your automated system prompted me on this refill. I was told they would be ready that day (August 9th) at 7:00 PM that evening. I attempted to pick them up on August 11th but was told they were still not filled and I left. I had visited my Dr. previous to attempting pickup on the 11th and he revised one of my prescriptions. I was not happy about things not being filled and left abruptly but called a few minutes later called to make sure the change in my prescription occurred since the old prescription was not filled. The person I talked to stated the would de-activate the old version. On August 12 I once again picked up my prescriptions only to be questioned by the Pharm. about this since the old version was not deactivated. At that time I made the decision to move all of these to Walgreens since the service you provide is so poor. I also asked that I no longer get any notifications from your system to refill and asked that they make sure this is taken care of. If this does not occur I will be sending another feedback on this.

Always seem to be out of newly prescribed meds and have an insane wait time for filling. Worth driving 2 extra minutes to visit Genoa pharmacy instead.

They use to get a 5 from me all the time. Now I’m pressed to give them a 2. Not sure what happened but almost a year ago something changed. The AI system gives incorrect information. I have to call now to insure they submit the approvals for my meds. Before they did it without my calling to see if they submitted. Now again this month I called yesterday and they were not submitted. The gal I spoke to said she would submit now. I told her there were two that were do and asked her to submit both as the weekend was coming and there is no one in the office to approve. Over the weekend. Well I called and found out this afternoon that only one was submitted not two and they would submit the second one now.. twice I’ve run out of meds because they did not submit in time. Was never like this B4. I’ve also communicated at least 4 times that one of my meds were cut in half but they keep filling the amount the same as if I were taking full strength, needles to say I now have about a years supply. I have no idea why today they do not listen. All new, policy changes. They need to fix this and the AI or I’ll go elsewhere.

The automated service is 100% more wack than the one I experienced at the Andover CVS. Always makes me jump through hoops to talk to someone

The appt was 20 mins late and then it turns out that they don’t do TB blood draws. Website needs to be more clear on what type of TB testing they do.

Mike is always rude, short and condescending I absolutely dread dealing with this man... like if you hate your job so much just get a new one like seriously.

I did a survey using the url on my target receipt, and it asked to link it to a google review, but the link didn’t work (probably user error lol) so I’m adding my review to google manually. Hopefully it won’t be a duplicate. I always have a great experience at the Otsego CVS pharmacy. I appreciate the entire staff’s expertise and professionalism. Sadly, I frequent the pharmacy often for monthly meds, but typically Mike is the pharmacy technician the days I go and he gives excellent service. Knows me by name, asks how my day is going, deciphers doctor’s instructions for me, etc. It’s nice to see a friendly, familiar face and I always have a pleasant experience. I imagine many who go to the pharmacy are feeling under the weather at times so I’m sure they appreciate the kindness from the Otsego pharmacy team, as well. I am actively involved in training new hires and veteran staff in my company so I’m hyper-aware of the customer service I receive while I’m out and about and I know the importance of recognizing excellence when you see it so thanks for all you do!

Horrible experience today. I was refused a strep test and billed for this non visit. Difficult to reach anyone to discuss, when I did they were of no help. Never again!

Poor communication, Was told they would contact the doctor to get refill order but called in to refill order and no refill available. Never received a call that they couldn't process. Automated phone calls that say your prescription is ready and you get there and it's not ready. Sorry,,, Not impressed.

Pharmacy almost killed me because they didn't send my meds to me.
