When I first stopped in, they were busy and there was a line. However, when I came back later, I was able to get what I needed from Brandon at the teller and then I was able to sit down with Nicole and she helped me with some power of attorney things, etc. always super helpful. I love this branch.

Brittany Treadwell is the BEST! We came in at the end of the day to open an account. I can only imagine waiting for the end of your work day but you'd never have known if Brittany felt that way. She was smiles all the way! Top notch customer service! I'm so glad we chose Wings - and especially this branch in Otsego.

They seem so nice when you first meet them. Uncooperative, and to be charitable, maybe it’s banking rules. But I’d never recommend them. There are other credit unions out there that take care of their customers.

My experience with Wings Financial has been awful. I have been pushed around and bounced around on hold and then been told to set up accounts myself on the website. Also a gentleman by the name Branch F (not sure if this is even his name because he didnt want to give it) acted like he was getting disconnected when i expressed how upset i have been with the company and hung up on me. when i did call back i was notified by the gal that if there was a disconnect, the bankers are instructed to call back and this did not happen. I wish i had my loans elsewhere so i could be done with this company.

I love wings but the Otsego branch has been closed earlier than it’s posted hours on several occasions. It tough when people work odd shifts and rely on those times.

I've been a banking and lending customer for years. Honestly the best possible experience overall. Its great to be able to call and solve an issue with a person in real time. Seriously the credit union vibe is the way to go.

I’m calling today to check the status of my loan application 10/18/22 and the same guy keep answering and hanging up immediately. I’m am not pleased with this service and I am making some regrets with being with this financial company.

If I could give a negative star rating I would.....I have an auto loan through this company and can never get numbers straight. One month I owe $750 next month towe company is knocking for repossession because I owe $2,100.
