“When I lived in the burbs I frequented Anoka Ramsey Farm and Garden. They have a huge selection of poultry, livestock supplies, plants and garden supplies. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.
These folks are a huge asset to the twin cities area!”

“Dundees used to have a retail nursery in Plymouth which was close to my house and which I patronized quite often. Now this business is closed but Dundee still operates a wholesale nursery in Rogers/Maple Grove. I went there twice, and the gentlemen (John Henning and Nate) were very generous with their time and very well informed. They have been with Dundee for decades (which says a lot about the owner of this company!). I purchased a tree, and had it delivered to my home. The gentleman who made the delivery was named Dan. He was terrific! He gave me some tips on planting the tree and brought the tree around to the backyard. He had also been with Dundee for 35+ years! To all the Dundee guys that helped me: GREAT JOB! I highly recommend this nursery!”
“I don't have enough words to share how great this place was. I was helped by the most wonderful man who took a good amount of time drawing out everything I needed from my front Landscaping, and he did this on dirt. He kept swapping out plants and trees until we got the look we wanted. He knew everything about everything. Asked about Sun exposure, exact measurements, and put colors together. Very impressed!”
“Didn't go here for the greenhouse, but they are one of the best! Their flowers are always awesome and in the fall their fruits and vegetables are great. If I go for that I usually go to the Minneapolis market cuz it's closer to my home”
“I really appreciate the help I got from Nikki from the lumber department. I recently had back surgery and it was difficult to get the heavier treated lumber. He cut several pieces I needed and was a life saver.
Initially I sought help from another employee in charge delivery pickup. He was dismissive and stated he was busy even though no one was around and told me to go Prodesk. He also did not page anyone to help me either. It turns out the item was right in front of him. Gets better where he started yelling at other employees in front of customers. He also proceeded getting in front of customers face justifying his behavior because he was under pressure to load trucks.
In spite of all the chaos that one employee, Nikki was very professional and got what I needed. Thanks Nikki, you are awesome. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the other employee.”
“My wife sent me with a Pintress idea for flower boxes. I'm not that handy, so with great trepidation, I walked in to buy the lumber and supplies I needed. I showed my plans from Pintress to a few employees, and they suggested that I see Josh Herrick. Josh was fantastic! He cut the wood to the correct sizes and made suggestions to improve the design. He also found some clearance wood that was cheaper and treated! I was able to make two boxes for 1/4 less than one! Wonderful experience! I got his card!”
