“These people are so friendly and generally have my meds squared away for me. They almost feel like family with the care I receive every time I pick up meds. 😊 the only bummer is that they are not open on weekends. Also, they are closed during lunch (I believe from 12pm to 12:30pm). They need to eat lunch, too!”

“I did a survey using the url on my target receipt, and it asked to link it to a google review, but the link didn’t work (probably user error lol) so I’m adding my review to google manually. Hopefully it won’t be a duplicate. I always have a great experience at the Otsego CVS pharmacy. I appreciate the entire staff’s expertise and professionalism. Sadly, I frequent the pharmacy often for monthly meds, but typically Mike is the pharmacy technician the days I go and he gives excellent service. Knows me by name, asks how my day is going, deciphers doctor’s instructions for me, etc. It’s nice to see a friendly, familiar face and I always have a pleasant experience. I imagine many who go to the pharmacy are feeling under the weather at times so I’m sure they appreciate the kindness from the Otsego pharmacy team, as well. I am actively involved in training new hires and veteran staff in my company so I’m hyper-aware of the customer service I receive while I’m out and about and I know the importance of recognizing excellence when you see it so thanks for all you do!”
