This is a brand-new storage facility and although it very much looks and feels new, the property manager is experienced and knows his stuff. The entire facility is well-kept and clean with great access directly from the highway making it easy to load and unload. Usually features like these mean you're paying more for the same amount of space, but even the rental rates are quite competitive.
