Carr's Lake Country Super Market is a great place in Ottertail for bait, gas, and food. It is a mini grocery store with all the essentials, featuring a good selection of produce, dairy, meats, fresh fruit and veggies, pet supplies, and household items. The full-service deli has great food and many options, including famous caramel rolls. The facility is nice with lots of products, and it also offers fishing tackle, healthy bait, licenses, and a pharmacy. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and in a good mood. Prices are higher but fair and expected for a local store that keeps getting better.
Caramel rolls are fantastic. Good rotisserie chicken.

They need to make the deli into a real restaurant. When the food is fresh it’s a 10/10 but after it sits it gets bad fast. I had a $6 French dip here and it was honestly better than most $20 ones.
