It's almost impossible to shop here conveniently anymore if you just need a few items. Last two trips I've left my product behind because the ONE checkout lane was overwhelmed. The second time the cashier called for assistance twice without any response. Yet, there was one employee resetting the Halloween aisle twenty feet away. Another employee was working a produce pallet thirty feet away. A third walked through the checkout with a handheld computer, looking too important to do checkout work. I love their products, but even Walmart self-check is better than this. Do better.

I went in today to get some shopping done, and I went in to get change for a quarter and when we were getting close to register both my daughters slipped and fell hard because one of your employees was scrubbing floors and did not clean her mess up, no one checked to see if they were ok. Manager legit walked pass us and clearly saw the anger in my face and still did not address the issue. I’m NEVER COMING BACK. You don’t care about your customers. Nothing was tooken care of the girl cleaning literally continued go through till she was ably to finally turn and get the water with machine. She did not stop her machine and cleaned up her mess or apologized. Worst Aldi I’ve been to.
