Went in there on Monday at 5pm place was closed and the store hours on the door say 10am-6pm so went in there Tuesday at 2pm and place is closed again and it says 10am -6pm on the door pretty pointless to have a AT&T in Owatonna when not open when its suppose to be very unhappy a&t customer

We stopped at 5:27, they were suppose to close at 6. Sign said open but nobody around. Went to Albert Lea store and like always excellent customer service.

Was at the store at 10:40am and even though the posted hours indicate they're open from 10am-6pm. The store was closed.

At store at 11:20 am Sat March 2nd, 2024. Store is closed, sign says hrs for Sat are 10am -4pm. Very disappointed

Planed on switching to at&t stopped in yesterday the new girl was new and didn't have much knowledge. I understood and told her I'd come back. I went in today was supposed to manager the manager at 430 she said he left for the day. Even though we made an appointment with him. I couldn't get her off her own phone to help us so time to move on. I'm sure ther good just bad timing.

Joseph at the Owatonna Mn store helped me with my cell phone issue. Im an older lady that dnt really understand this whole online thing. He was sweet to explain that sometimes will down load stuff i shouldnt and he was explained to me why the weather apps are bad cause of hackers. Thank u Joseph
