“I should have went here instead of Autozone across the street. But Autozone sells good batteries. But every worker there except the chick is a lazy no help know nothing at alls. The girl was cool though. Autozone dudes literally wouldnt listen to me. I bought a battery from them for my Audi. I left my car running due to bad battery and i didnt wanna change it in the parking lot. Asked one of the guys to clear my error code for the MAF sensor i replaced a couple months back. Dude ran my codes, and told me basically what i asked. I repeated myself. Then I asked for a jump or battery charge or swap my old and new batteries out since dude shut my car off without even asking me. The 2 boys literally sat there and said they couldnt touch my car, they apparently dont have wrenches at Autozone. They told me they didnt have the proper tools and my Audi would never start again if they did anything with my battery! I changed my battery with a damn wrench yesterday. And then my buddy told me i could get money back by returning the old battery, those dudes did not tell me that! OReiliys is always good about parts, helping, advice. They're across the street from each other so now i will only go to OReilys. Ik the guys there actually know more about cars than the Autozone crew”

“The older guy who is the customer service guy writes info and takes money is kinda a grumpy fella. Takes a while to get him to converse. At first it seems like he's just a dry humor grumpy guy, but get him talking about his days of being a bar tender and his boss who stole cash from the till, and he's simply great! He's really nice, just rough on the edges! Great service and oil change”
