Since this particular vehicle has never had a tire change before, it took them longer than expected to get the tire off before they could do the repairs. They ended up taking care of the cost for me without my even asking. Great service and I love their waiting area!”

“Five stars is not enough, would give 12 if allowed. I brought my 53 foot company trailer with sliding tandem axles and pneumatic axle lift system, which, needless to say, can be difficult to work with, here for an alignment job. Had a right side dog leg sway issue to correct. These guys did an awesome job in less than a day. The razor, thin alignment job they did has thoroughly impressed me to the max. Precision is important to me as I do a lot of runs to the East Coast through very small towns they have very tight roads with cars on both sides, not to mention very very tight construction zones on their highways. Having my trailer pull perfectly behind me relieves me of a huge amount of stress by not having to worry about scraping my trailer on either cars parked or construction barrels and barricades. I am so thankful to these guys and highly highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re serious about the performance of your equipment.”

“Great service! It was my first time using TGK Auto and I only picked them because of their location(2 blocks from my house). But it turned out to be a great choice.First if all, I was able to get an appointment extremely fast(2 days from when I called). Another thing was they maintained great communication through the entire day. Many auto service stations barely talk to their customers until they are finished. TGK sent me texts, emails, and even called throughout the day. They actually made me feel important. ?I really can't make a good assessment of their prices for a couple of reasons: I have no idea what the price should have coated and I really haven't been to an auto service for quite a while.But bottom line is this- TGK Auto did excellent work and is worth calling for an appointment.* and I would also like to add that I'm not a fake or paid-for reviewer. At first it seems like he's just a dry humor grumpy guy, but get him talking about his days of being a bar tender and his boss who stole cash from the till, and he's simply great!
