Terrible experience. Sloppy pedicure, painful foot scrub, sharp nails digging into my feet & toes. Gloppy and uneven polish. They had too many clients, yet kept accepting more walk ins.

Inconsistent services each time you visit, length of service depends on how many ppl they try to squeeze in, and they don't listen to what you asked for Changed over the years sadly Too expensive to be just getting whatever they feel like giving that day

I was very disappointed when I went in to get my nails filled. I set up an appointment with them went early all was fine. I was told to go sit at one ladies station, she did my polish removal, was then told to go to another lady to finish. A customer walked in and the lady told me I had to then go and wait again because this lady that walked in had an appointment with her. I said well I have an appointment at .... Time and she said well not with me specifically. So disorganized. Also not to mention that when you get a pedicure the solutions that they use it Irish Spring to wash all the dead skin off. I might as well just do that at home. I wanted to give them a chance but my last appointment took me over the edge.

Not a great experience. My daughter picked out a purple nail color and ended up with pink. And then the nail design is not even what she wanted. Of course she walked out without saying anything because she is 14 years old and doesn’t like confrontation but she did walk out very disappointed and upset. Will not be coming back here.

Horrible experience and wish I would’ve taken pictures. I asked for a manicure/ Dip. I didn’t pay attention to my nails until I got home. (My fault) . They were soooo thick, bulky and a crack on my pinky. I also asked for almond shape and it looked nothing like almond shape. I called 2 days after to explain my frustration. I usually hate complaining or being a Karen but my nails were horrible ? I paid 50$ with tip. Sad part I went with 2 other gals and they were disappointed too. Long story short we went back to take them off and asked to just color at least . We thought they would refund or at least charge 50% off and no they made us pay full price and they didn’t mention that since the beginning. Also they didn’t do our Cuticles because we didn’t say we wanted a “manicure “ lol when we called first thing we said was for a MANICURE. Keep in mind I called ahead to tell them my frustration and my friend told the nail tech we spoke with the owner but he ignored us during the discussion and pretended like he wasn’t part of it . Ps he also begged us to use his ATM to pay with cash. Oh and we mentioned how it was super hot inside as it was 83 degrees outside and the nail tech said owner didn’t want to waste electricity so he wouldn’t turn AC on. Definitely not going back. I hate complaining but I’m just really upset with the service yet had to pay full price for a service they did fast to get more clients done . Not my fault when I had the appointments scheduled ahead of time too…

They scheduled me at 5:30pm and didn’t start doing my nails until 6:15pm. I was supposed to get my toes done as well but they let 12 people start getting their toes done so I was not able to in the end. Very unprofessional overbooking yourself so much. Made me bleed when cutting cuticles and did a very poor filing job.

very rude customer service! they could not shape my nail nor have the right color that shows on their templates and very poor in making you feel welcomed! said I was too picky when asked what color and design I wanted!

Staff was rather rude and when I didn't want to "upgrade" they started talking to each other and didn't talk to my daughter who was getting her nails painted.

I never get my nails done because it never seems worth the money, however I'll probably be going back. They were quick, super kind and did amazing work. Girls day out with my daughter was a hit.
