Nothing but issues with this boutique. Ive tried giving a few chances but I cannot support this local business. Was greeted with a rude (lack of customer service skills) employee the first time, have had to email several times before any responses, placed an order then later it was cancelled due to inventory mix up, I placed an order last week- fulfilled on Friday. Stopped Monday and Wednesday (pick up days for Owatonna) and no order. I’ve tried emailing and no response 48 hrs later. I posted a msg on their fb page and waiting to see if I ever hear back or get my order. Problem is their pick up location is off site. No one checks anyone picking up or verifies the orders being picked up.
