They are not true Kent Moore tools they closed the plant in Jackson Michigan was closed brand new Factory made the best tools we lost 350 none and some even killed them selfs

Tried calling customer service to no avail. Call ended everytime! They sell a bolt removal kit missing the 9mm collet wich is the one that is needed!!!!!

Absolutely trash place. Awful customer service. Refusing to send my tool back to me when their rep told us this warranty repair would be taken care of. 1.5 months later they are still holding my tool and refuse to send it back unless we pay for a service that we were told WITH PROOF was covered under warranty. DISGUSTING.
