I ask for Trojan t875 batteries which Trinity stated yes they are, then I asked him if they were 170 amp hour batteries and Trinity stated yes. When the batteries came in they were FVPs. A 2nd hand Trojan battery which was only rated 160amp hour. I was disappointed in getting the wrong batteries. It has been a nightmare in dealing with them. No apologies or recognition they did wrong. Owner hung up on me earlier. Pretty shady business without caring for customer satisfaction or even the customer is always right. They tried to give me the wrong cores back and recycled my original cores for money in their pocket. They could care less about the customer, only their sale!!!

I ask for Trojan t875 batteries and their so called manager acknowledged yes he had them. I then asked Trinity if they were 170 amphour batteries and he stated yes. When the batteries came in they were FVP batteries, a 2nd hand cheaper Trojan battery rated at 160 amphour. Now they are denying me my original cores or the money I was suppose to get. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. NO APOLOGY FROM THEM OR RECOGNITION THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG BATTERIES. Owner hung up on me. Pretty shady people who are deceptive, condescending when it comes to a sell. They care less about customer satisfaction let alone they customer is always right. They are expensive with their prices as well!!!
