The service and experience I received here were terrible. Every time I interact with these guys, there's always someone rude on the other end of the phone. If I'm PAYING for a service, I shouldn't have to deal with such horrible treatment.

Needed help getting air into our tire because of faulty tire stem. Deans Towing promptly came to our rescue on a cold Sunday evening and got us on the road again. Your kindness, professionalism and quick service was greatly appreciated!!

Amazing service, sadly I didn't get the drivers name but he was extremely helpful and friendly, to be honest the best Wrecker truck driver I've ever met. He decked a truck for me and was very professional and fast, I would 100% recommend this company! Also with an amazing price!

I blew a tire on the right front trailer axle. I contacted Dean's Towing in Owatona and they immediately responded to my issue and took care of it in a short period of time. Very happy with the service they provided and their driver was polite and efficient.

Todd helped me out with my daughter's car last night. He went so far above and beyond what I would expect any towing company personnel to do. His willingness to help ended up saving me a large amount of money. He was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire encounter. Roger was amazing! It was raining when we needed a tow and he provided door to door service to a local hotel and then to the repair shop and back to a hotel. He was so kind and willing to help! He even followed up the following day to make sure we had made it to our final destination after two replacements. So kind and thoughtful!
