“Jeff and Paydon were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable for questions. I had an issue with the GE refrigerator that I bought, it was replaced it without hesitation with a comparable LG refrigerator that is working great. I would recommend Owatonna Karls for anyone looking for new appliances.”

“It’s Target. You walk in for a flashlight and leave with a Starbucks and a cart full of goodies you don’t really need. It’s fun, go”

“I recently was on the phone with T-Mobile corporate customer service asking about an ongoing billing error on corporates end and they referred me to take my phone and bill into a local store to see if they could help me so that is what I had done. I walked in to the T-Mobile store located in Owatonna, MN and was greeted right away as I walked through the door. The employees were super friendly and extremely helpful. As for corporate T-Mobile that is a totally different story! This particular store understood my frustration with the billing being incorrect and empathized with me and my concerns. They even called corporate customer service to see if they could help me but they were denied of solving my billing issue. If you want amazing customer service you need to go to this location in Owatonna to purchase your next phone and phone plan. I highly recommend this store.”
